Using a Kerastase promo code at checkout

For a Kerastase promo code, the online-ordering help instructs shoppers to enter the code when checking out with their shopping bag. The help says the promotion is reflected on the subsequent pages.

Promo conditions and code conflicts

Only one promotion code is allowed per order under the Club FAQ and loyalty terms; Club points can be used with it in most cases, but cannot be combined when the specific discount or promotion expressly prohibits that combination. A qualifying-spend offer for a gift with purchase or sample may have a minimum purchase requirement measured after points have been redeemed and the cart total calculated. For gifts with purchase, the qualifying total is the order amount after discounts and price adjustments.

Price-adjustment offers exclude Last Chance, travel sizes, 500ML jumbo sizes, gift sets, limited-edition products and Airlight Pro. The general promotion terms limit offers to one per customer in the contiguous United States, with quantities subject to availability while supplies last. Promotions cannot be applied to orders already placed.

A Kerastase voucher code is subject to the same one-code-per-order limit.

Signup, student offers and sets

Email and SMS signup may unlock a first-order discount. Verified students may receive a next-order discount with free shipping after registering and verifying their student status, as described on Special Offers. The merchant groups discounts and gifts on Special Offers, alongside links to its other savings channels.

Curated haircare sets may have a promotional discount that requires a Kerastase discount code at checkout. Last Chance may include marked-down limited-edition, discontinued and clearance products while supplies last. Those clearance items are typically excluded from additional promotions unless noted, according to the Last Chance FAQ. For the general code restrictions, see Promo conditions and code conflicts.

Kérastase Club points and benefits

According to the Club FAQ and loyalty terms, Kérastase Club is free to join and enrollment follows account creation for legal residents of the 50 US states and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Its benefits include a welcome offer, free ground shipping on all orders, birthday gifts, exclusive offers and previews, with additional gifts depending on membership level, according to the Club FAQ. Club members can also choose two complimentary samples at checkout with every order, according to the Club FAQ.

The program awards 100 points on account creation, and 100 points can be redeemed for $1 off at checkout. Qualifying online purchases earn 2 points per dollar at Dreamer level, 4 at Lover and 6 at Muse, excluding taxes and shipping. Members can also earn points through selected activities such as reviews, referrals and the hair quiz, with limits that vary by activity. Points have a rolling 12-month validity period from the date they are earned.

Members must be signed in when making a purchase to earn points; guest orders do not receive points retroactively. A reward item must ship with haircare products in the order; reward-only orders will not be processed. Club eligibility applies to purchases on kerastase-usa.com, not purchases from third-party retailers or other e-retailers.

Auto-replenishment orders

Auto-replenishment may provide a discount and free standard shipping on recurring orders, according to the auto-replenishment page and promotion terms. Bonus samples accompany the second and fourth recurring orders. A minimum item price may apply for subscription eligibility.

The auto-replenishment FAQ says you choose the shipment frequency and can change the next order date or frequency, skip an order, or cancel through your account before the next scheduled shipment. The auto-replenishment FAQ asks shoppers to allow up to 24 hours for changes or cancellations to be processed; recurring orders are billed only on the day they ship. Recurring orders require a credit or debit card.

For auto-replenishment, manual point redemption may be unavailable because the orders use automatic processing, according to the Club FAQ. Members still earn 50 points per recurring order, up to four times and 200 points per year.

The hair quiz offer

The hair quiz matches you with a personalized routine, and its promotional offer is emailed after completion, according to the quiz page. Its discount may require a qualifying order and is limited to one per customer in the contiguous United States, subject to availability while supplies last. The quiz's price-adjustment exclusions cover Last Chance, travel sizes, 500ML jumbo sizes, gift sets and limited-edition products, unless stated otherwise. Signed-in Club members earn 50 points for quiz completion, up to 200 points per year.

A sitewide code for Black Friday, an $85 threshold for Cyber Monday: Kérastase's offers from 2020 to 2025

In 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025, Kérastase billed its Black Friday code as 20% off sitewide, or as 20% off all orders in 2023, and in 2021 the offer stated that exclusions applied. From 2021 to 2025 the Cyber Monday code took 25% off orders of $85 or more. Orders of $100 or more also received a gift: a limited-edition tote and a deluxe mini trio on Black Friday 2021 and a deluxe mini trio on Cyber Monday 2021, a sleep mask and three deluxe samples on Cyber Monday 2022, a bag and three deluxe samples on both days in 2023 and 2024, and a pouch and a deluxe sample trio on both days in 2025.

In 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, the Cyber Monday terms carried over to the following Tuesday as Cyber Tuesday, and in 2022 and 2024 that offer ran until 3 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, and Wednesday, December 4, 2024. The 2021 Black Friday offer stayed valid until 3 a.m. EST on Monday, November 29, 2021, and the 2024 Black Friday offer was still available on Saturday, November 30, 2024. In 2022 and 2024, a Thanksgiving code took 20% off, and Kérastase advertised a gift with all orders: a pouch and a deluxe hair oil sample in 2022, a bag and a travel-size product in 2024. From 2021 to 2025, a Black Friday entry in the site's main menu led to the Special Offers page on Black Friday, and an entry named Cyber or Cyber Monday took its place on Cyber Monday.

Shipping and customer service

Under the promotion terms, free-shipping promotions cover standard shipping unless a different method is specified. Nonmember orders may need to reach a spending threshold for free shipping, with a charge on smaller orders, according to the Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery estimates allow for processing and carrier delays. Club shipping benefits are described in Kérastase Club points and benefits, and subscription shipping in Auto-replenishment orders.

Customer service offers phone support Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and email contact, as listed in the customer-service footer. The site's customer-service links cover shipping, returns and order status. The salon locator lists Kérastase Consultant Salons. Under the salon-sales guidelines, salons with current L’Oréal Professional Products Division distributor-salon contracts may sell genuine retail products online to individual customers located and residing in the US for personal use, provided those sales comply with the Salon Online Sales Guidelines and the website is branded under the name of their physical salon offering salon services.
