• Once you’re done shopping, you can click the little bag icon at the top of the website and use your Tatcha coupon. All you have to do is enter it in the box labelled “Promo Code” and then press the “Apply” button. If everything worked correctly, your order total will immediately decrease.

What to check before applying your Tatcha coupon code

There are few things you can check before using your Tatcha coupon. The first one is the region you’re currently located in. This is important because if you don’t select the region you’re actually shopping from, your discount code might not work. For example, if you are in the U.S., you won’t be able to shop on the Japanese site. You can check and change the location at the bottom of the website.

Another thing you have to remember is that you cannot use more than one Tatcha promo code per order. If you have more than one coupon, you can still try them all, one at a time, and choose the one that works better with your cart.

Last but not least, don’t forget about automatic discounts. When available, they automatically apply to your cart when you add certain products. Not all Tatcha promo codes will work combined to them, so remember to check your code’s terms and conditions.

What to do if your Tatcha coupon is not working

If your order total has not decreased, it means that your Tatcha coupon has not worked. There can be different reasons for this and in this section, you can find out what is going on.

• Your Tatcha promo code might be already expired. When a code is expired it means that it has reached the end of its validity window and you can no longer use it. You can find the expiration date in your coupon’s terms and conditions.
• Check whether your Tatcha discount code is written correctly. Don’t make any typos and, if you use the copy and paste feature, make sure to not leave any extra spaces before or after the coupon.
• Remember that sometimes Tatcha promo codes will require you to meet a minimum spend. If this is your case, you can easily add more items to your bag to activate your coupon code.
• Last but not least, make sure that you didn’t add excluded products to your cart. Sometimes, certain items are not eligible for discounts, like for example gift sets or limited editions. You can find the list of these products in the list of terms and conditions.
