Aesop Promo Code valid in November 2026

At Aesop, kit pricing and refill formats give you alternatives to a coupon: curated kits can cost less than their products bought individually, while selected formulations come in refill bottles. Sets, samples and online-order benefits cover different parts of a purchase, from the product price to delivery and returns. An Aesop promo code may lower the cost of an eligible order or unlock a gift with purchase or a shipping offer.

This guide was last reviewed in fall 2026. The live coupons and prices listed above are updated automatically and take precedence over any example described in this guide.

Fall shopping and limited offers

Aesop's US store, reviewed for fall 2026. For the holidays, Aesop featured a set of limited-release kits, The Aesop Valise among them: a carry-on case of 13 formulations, each presented as a gift to open while the festive season draws closer. Aesop also introduced The Fragrant Fables, which it calls a new chapter for its Eaux de Parfum, and the purchase of selected Eaux de Parfum comes with a complimentary sample.

Aesop's online-offers guidance separates the benefits it describes as always on, such as samples with every order and Gift Kits priced below their products bought individually, from limited online offers. For those, it encourages shoppers to sign up for its newsletter, and it names discounted bundles, gifts with purchase, seasonal discounting events, complimentary shipping and online-exclusive products or objects among them. Use the offers listed above for their current conditions. An offer may need no manual code; follow the promotion's stated redemption instructions.

How the season runs: Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026 all land in late November 2026, with the December 2026 holidays to follow. For gifts on a deadline, Aesop's delivery guidance treats any delivery date shown on its site or in its marketing as guidance only, with no guarantee, while an Aesop E-Gift Card reaches its recipient by email with instructions for redeeming it.

Using an Aesop code and checking eligibility

For an offer that requires a code, an eligible order may receive the stated benefit when that code is entered. The illustration below shows the code box from an earlier version of the store.

Aesop offers may restrict eligible products, order value, customer groups, first purchases, sales channels or regional stores, and can have individual validity periods. Aesop promotions may exclude selected products; the exclusions stated for an offer govern eligibility. If a code is rejected, check its characters and the conditions attached to that code.

Aesop kits, refills and complimentary extras

Gift Kits and Travel collections are curated sets that offer a reduction from the individual prices of their included products. The set's combined price is distinct from the discount supplied by a code.

Aesop sells selected formulations in refill formats alongside the standard bottle; a refill may have a lower price than the equivalent bottled size. Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash, for example, is sold in a screw-cap refill bottle for use with your existing pump.

Aesop's delivery guidance says complimentary samples accompany every order, with up to three sample sachets selected in the cart. Samples add products rather than reducing the amount payable.

Aesop's online services page describes complimentary gift preparation: products are wrapped in a reusable cotton bag, and a card with a handwritten message can be included. Aesop's gift-services help, however, currently says gift wrapping is unavailable.

Complimentary delivery, samples and a gift with purchase: what Aesop offered over Black Friday weekend in 2023 and 2024

On Saturday, November 25, 2023, the day after Black Friday, Aesop's US online store offered complimentary standard delivery and samples with all orders. Standard delivery and samples were free with all orders again on Black Friday, November 29, 2024, when Aesop added a complimentary sample of Eleos Aromatique Hand Balm to purchases over $125 made in Aesop stores or on aesop.com with a dedicated promo code. Aesop also reported delays in sending out orders on Black Friday 2024 because of a high volume of orders.

Aesop shipping and store collection

Aesop's delivery guidance currently offers complimentary ground shipping on orders meeting its stated spending requirement. Use the delivery charge for your order rather than an older threshold.

Aesop's delivery guidance currently says Click and Collect is temporarily unavailable. When the service returns, Aesop says selected Signature Stores will participate, Gift Cards cannot be collected and an email will tell you when your order is ready. When collection is available, pickup may depend on product availability.

Aesop's product information says a pickup selection requires a separate order for items shipped to your home, or a change of the entire order's fulfillment method.

Aesop's delivery guidance currently says its US online store does not ship internationally. For delivery abroad, it directs customers to the destination's regional Aesop site, where prices use the local currency. Regional stores may have their own delivery rules and promotions.

Returns on promotional Aesop purchases

Aesop's returns policy offers complimentary returns for online purchases, including Click and Collect orders, within 30 days of the transaction. Online and Click and Collect orders must be returned through the online returns portal. Under that policy, returns exclude promotional gift items and E-Gift Cards, as well as engraved items and final-sale products.

Aesop says processing and refunding can take up to 14 business days after it receives the returned package.
