LG offers through autumn 2026

LG sells TVs, fridges, washing machines, laptops and speakers, with savings linked to selected products and member pricing. For an autumn purchase, the model, the products bought together and access to a member offer can affect the reduction available. The offers listed above include voucher promotions and reductions that apply to selected purchases.

LG may run promotions around Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Member Days. The products included and the savings can change between campaigns.

Using an LG voucher code

The homepage banners lead to product promotions, while the Promotions page brings together the current campaigns. Open a product page to choose the item and quantity you need, then review your basket.

An LG voucher code may be entered in the basket to redeem an offer. After applying it, review what you will pay before continuing with the purchase. Copy the code carefully, including its letters and numbers, if you need to enter it again. An LG promo code may have expired by the time you use it. A TV voucher may be restricted to particular models or a specified selection.

The referral programme gives a friend 10% off their first order through your shared link, then gives you 10% off your next order once that friend completes their purchase. Registration uses an email address to generate the link, which you can obtain on LG's page to refer your friends.

Student and key worker shops

University students with active student status can access the LG student discount shop after proving their eligibility through LG's verification tool. Verified NHS and healthcare staff, teachers, military personnel, police and fire service workers can use the key worker shop.

These shops give eligible customers offers not available in the regular online shop, according to LG's student and key worker pages. Access follows verification of student or employment status; it is tied to the relevant account.

Replacing an old appliance with Trade-Up

Trade-Up can provide an instant reduction on a participating replacement product for eligible retail customers in mainland UK, with postcode exclusions in its terms. The old appliance or device can be from any brand and in any condition, provided it matches the category of the new participating product.

LG describes selecting Trade-Up before adding the replacement to the basket and answering a questionnaire about the old product. The discount is determined from that information and applied at checkout. Its courier collects the prepared old product for free recycling when the new one is delivered; you need to uninstall it and prepare it for collection first. The Trade-Up page sets out the process and links to the participating products and terms.

Delivery and appliance services

Guest delivery charges depend on the product and postcode, with the applicable cost shown on the product page after postcode entry under LG's purchase terms. LG lists free member delivery, with postcode-related charges excluded from the benefit; deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and remote areas may carry an extra charge.

Installation may cost less for members than for guests, while disconnection and disposal may carry separate charges. Cancellations and returns

Under the purchase terms, an order can be cancelled through your account before it is picked for dispatch. Once it has been picked, you may be able to use the returns process after delivery instead.

The order FAQ gives consumers 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel most purchases. It gives a further 14 days after cancellation to return the goods or make them available for collection, and says refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

Refunds normally go back through the original payment method; if the original card can no longer accept a refund, LG can pay it into a nominated bank account. Services already carried out are not refunded when the product is returned. Change-of-mind returns may also have collection charges and deductions for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Black Friday gifts, multi-buy and Trade-Up in past years

LG's 2022 Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion ran from 23 to 29 November 2022 and added a free PL7 Bluetooth speaker to selected fridges. Under the 2022 terms, the speaker was claimed by putting both products in the basket and applying the promotion's coupon code at checkout; the 2% member discount could be added, but not the one-time 5% welcome coupon.

In 2024, LG ran its Black Friday campaign as Grand November, from 30 October to 2 December 2024. Its 2024 multi-buy took 15% off two selected products and 20% off three or more, deducted automatically at checkout together with the 2% member discount but not with other offers or coupons. Accessories, products under £100 and selected LG gram models were excluded from that 2024 multi-buy. The 2024 Grand November terms also gave free delivery, installation and disposal on participating products.

For Black Friday 2025, LG featured its Black Friday exclusives alongside Trade-Up and a free soundbar or speaker with 2025 OLED and QNED TVs.
