SportsShoes Discount Code valid in October 2026

A discount code meant for a new pair of trail shoes only pays off if that pair is one the offer covers, and SportsShoes shows this on the product page, where an item excluded from discounts and promotions is flagged. Savings here come from status and seasonal codes, or outlet prices: SportsShoes issues codes for its seasonal sales and for students, key workers and running clubs, while the outlet carries reductions that are already in the price. Pick an offer from the cards at the top, and if a UK retailer lists the same shoe for less, the Price Beat Commitment is the route to try.

SportsShoes discount codes in October 2026: 15% off autumn/winter ranges and 12% for students and key workers

Checked on 19 October 2026. SportsShoes' mid-season sale takes 15% off its autumn/winter 2026 ranges with a code advertised across the site. The student and key-worker discounts both take 12% off current-season items, each through a code issued once eligibility has been confirmed.

The SportsShoes Black Friday page is taking email sign-ups that promise early notice of the store's Black Friday 2026 deals.

SportsShoes cards checked on 19 October 2026

• 10% off plus free delivery — discount code — your next purchase, with the code entered in the basket — its card runs until 31 October 2026.
• 12% off for students — student offer — sport and fitness gear — its card runs until 19 November 2026.
• 12% off for key workers — discount code — in-season items, for eligible key workers including emergency services, NHS and armed forces staff — its card runs until 24 May 2027.
• 15% off for running club members — running club offer — purchases made with the club discount — its card runs until 15 November 2026.
• Up to 80% off in the outlet — sale, no code needed — outlet deals from 30% to 80% off — its card runs until 7 June 2027.
• Up to 45% off women's Brooks shoes — sale, no code needed — reductions on the retail price of women's Brooks running shoes — its card runs until 22 January 2027.

The student and key-worker lines both depend on a verified status, the club line reaches members through their running club, and the outlet and Brooks lines are reductions already in the price, so those two need nothing entered at checkout.

Easy to miss with the free-delivery code: SportsShoes' promotion terms limit the free delivery that comes with a code to home addresses, so an order sent to a ParcelShop is charged for delivery even with the code applied.

Quick questions on SportsShoes offers in October 2026

Can a student use the student code and the autumn/winter 2026 mid-season code on one order? No. SportsShoes applies one promotion per order unless it states otherwise for a specific offer, so the order takes one of the two codes.

Will reduced Brooks shoes arrive with the rest of my order? No, they travel on their own. Brooks products are sent straight from Brooks' own warehouse on free Standard+48 delivery, so other items in the order arrive separately, and an order that contains Brooks items cannot be sent to a ParcelShop or a post office.

Running shoes bought in late October 2026 for Christmas 2026: can they go back in January 2027? Yes, as long as they come back in perfect condition with the box and labels: the 100 days start from delivery, so a pair delivered on 2 November 2026 is still within them throughout January 2027.

How to use a SportsShoes promo code

The code goes in before payment, and SportsShoes' help centre describes the steps in this order:

1. Add the shoes or kit to your bag in the size you need, then open the bag.
2. Paste the code into the “Do you have a promo code?” box.

When a SportsShoes code won't apply

These rules in SportsShoes' terms stop a code going through:

• Another promotion is already on the order. SportsShoes takes one promotion per order, except where a specific offer's own terms allow more.
• The product is outside the offer. The product page flags items excluded from discounts and promotions.
• The code belongs to another account. A code works only on purchases made through the account it was offered to and registered with.
• A single-use code has already been redeemed. Student codes, for example, cover one order each.

The Price Beat Commitment

When another retailer is cheaper on the exact item, SportsShoes' Price Beat Commitment undercuts that price by £1 and adds free standard delivery to the order. The request has to come before you buy, by phone or through the form on the Price Beat page, because the promise does not cover a sale that has already been confirmed.

The item must be the same model, colour, size and width fitting, in stock in that size at the other retailer and priced above £10. Gym equipment, electrical goods and food are left out, and a rival price on graded goods, seconds, package deals, clearance, discontinued or specially discounted goods, or one reached through membership of a discount scheme, does not count; bulk purchases are not covered either. Once approved, the price holds for 48 hours, and a price beat cannot be combined with any other promotion, so the order carries no code on top. On payment, the Price Beat terms exclude only vouchers, while the help centre's copy accepts credit card transactions only, so a credit card meets both.

Student, key-worker and club discounts

Four groups get money off current-season stock once their status is confirmed, and each one reaches the discount by a different route.

Students and graduates. SportsShoes' student page sends students to one of two student discount programmes to verify their status, after which a single-use promo code unlocks the discount on the newest season's items. Graduates can claim it through the graduate scheme of one of those platforms for up to five years after graduating. Sale items are excluded, and so are Maurten, Garmin and COROS products.

Key workers. Emergency services, NHS and armed forces staff, among other eligible key workers, sign in to a key-worker discount scheme that the help centre links to and copy a unique code from there. The discount covers current-season items, with sale items, electrical goods and food left out, and not every in-season product qualifies.

Running and triathlon clubs. A club in the UK applies through the form on the Running Club page, and once it has joined, SportsShoes' promotional team sends members a discount code each month. Garmin products are excluded from club promotions.

England Athletics members. SportsShoes is an official partner of England Athletics: members of affiliated clubs link their membership number to a free ULTRA account, the discount then applies on qualifying in-season products with no code to enter, and a badge on the product page shows whether an item qualifies.

ULTRA membership, newsletter and Discoup points

ULTRA is SportsShoes' free membership, opened by creating an account on the site. Its membership page lists first access to sale items, exclusive offers on selected items, new product launches before general release, a birthday treat and a monthly prize draw, along with priority order processing, express checkout, order tracking, a wishlist and members' news and sneak peeks.

The SportsShoes newsletter is a separate sign-up on the site and sends exclusive news and offers by email.

Shoppers signed in to Discoup who click through to SportsShoes from this page may collect Discoup Rewards points on an eligible order. Points are held as provisional until the purchase is verified, and once confirmed they can be redeemed for a digital gift card. Which orders qualify is set out in the Discoup Rewards policy.

Outlet prices without a code

The SportsShoes outlet holds reduced running shoes and trainers for men and women, plus sportswear, equipment and accessories, all at prices that are already cut, so there is no code to enter for them. The site's discount codes page is where SportsShoes puts its seasonal deals and promotional codes.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

SportsShoes' returns policy gives 100 days to exchange or refund an item, counted from the day the first item in the order is delivered, as long as it comes back in perfect condition with its original packaging and labels attached.

A different size is arranged as an exchange through the returns portal, and exchanges are free. The replacement is dispatched on free Standard+48 delivery as soon as the courier confirms it has the returned parcel, which the policy says can bring it up to five days sooner in busy periods.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method, less a return label fee charged once per label, not per item. SportsShoes aims to process refunds within two working days of receiving the parcel and asks shoppers to allow seven working days in busy periods. Cancelling is possible until the order has been picked in the warehouse: SportsShoes asks for a phone call as soon as possible after ordering, or an email outside business hours, and a parcel that has already been dispatched goes through the returns process.
