    How do discount codes work?

    Once you reach the discount code page, click on "GET CODE" and then on "COPY CODE AND GO TO WEBSITE" to be redirected to the official website of the store. Paste the discount code in the dedicated box that you’ll find at some stage of the checkout process: your discount will be applied to the total amount of your cart.

    The discount code doesn’t work. What should I do?

    Double check the terms and conditions on the discount code page: you may have missed something on the way. It may also be that the promotion doesn’t work because of some technical issue or because it has been discontinued.     What is the difference between a discount code and an offer?

    Easy: if you find the button "GET CODE" right next to the promotion of your interest, that’s a discount code. This means that you have to copy and paste it at checkout in order to activate the discount.

    On the other hand, if it’s an offer, you’ll find the button "GET SALE”: this means that you will not see an actual code, because the discount is already applied on the products included in the offer.
