Rules that affect savings with a Marks Electrical coupon

Before you get frustrated by a discount code that doesn’t work at checkout, in this paragraph we will explain you the most common reasons why this can happen:

• The Marks Electrical code may be expired;
• Some promotional codes may exclude certain departments/items and services;
• Codes generally can’t be applied retroactively after purchase and can be withdrawn;
• Certain vouchers can be used only in specific regions/countries;
• Some discounts can’t stack with other Marks Electrical deals or coupons;
• A promo code can be one-use only.

Before applying your discount, read its terms and conditions to make sure that your discount code works. If the total due hasn’t been updated yet, test another Marks Electrical discount voucher, refresh the page, try another browser/device.

FAQ

Why does my Marks Electrical discount code UK say “not eligible”?

The product may be excluded (e.g., certain departments), already reduced due to condition, or the Marks Electrical promotion code may not cover services like delivery/installation. Double-check the code’s terms and your basket contents.

Do Marks Electrical voucher codes apply to delivery or installation costs?

Often no. The Marks Electrical offer terms can exclude services such as delivery or installation charges.

Is delivery free at Marks Electrical?

Yes, it is but above a certain amount of money spent.

Do I need a Marks Electrical free delivery code?

Only if your order doesn’t meet the free delivery threshold. If you use a code for free shipping, you won’t be able to enter a money off one.

What are Marks Electrical delivery hours and do I need to be home?

Deliveries run between 7am and 8pm and someone must be present to accept, sign for and inspect the goods.

Does Marks Electrical deliver upstairs?

Standard delivery is generally aimed at ground-floor properties (or flats with a lift), with limits such as a small number of steps. If your access is tricky, check before ordering to avoid failed delivery charges.

Can I remove my old appliance when the new one arrives?

Yes, old appliance collections can be added for a fee, but make sure it’s disconnected and pulled out before the team arrives.

Do they recycle the packaging?

A packaging removal/recycling add-on is available but for a fee.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Report it as soon as possible and don’t install or use the item if you want to preserve full refund options.

What is the Marks Electrical returns window and are there collection fees?

Change-of-mind returns are typically within 14 days from the day after delivery, but collection charges may apply depending on item size (and exchanges can be cheaper).

Is Marks Electrical the same as Marks & Spencer (M&S)?

No, they’re different companies. If you searched “M&S discount code” by mistake, make sure you’re using codes intended specifically for Marks Electrical at checkout, otherwise they won’t work.
