Shipping & delivery costs

Returns, cancellations & refunds

Zola offers free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. They will email you a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Please note though that all Invites + Paper products are final sale and not eligible for return. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to Zola within 30 days of delivery to ensure that we can get you the proper replacement.

To cancel an order you placed, please contact Zola with your order number, and they'll be happy to try and cancel this order before it ships.
