Mattress Firm discounts and sign-up offers

There are dedicated discounts for eligible military shoppers, registered full- or part-time college students, teachers and staff at K-12 schools and degree-granting colleges, medical providers, nurses and first responders. These offers require successful ID.me verification.

For these ID.me discounts, savings apply to the listed price, including eligible sale products, but the code cannot be combined with another coupon or the Free Adjustable Base offer. Product and brand exclusions apply, including clearance, outlet products, floor models and adjustable bases.

Email sign-up promotions and recurring text alerts are also available. Text alerts cover online exclusives and other updates. Message and data rates may apply.

For sale announcements, Mattress Firm’s social channels include Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.

Delivery, returns and price adjustments

Free drop-off delivery leaves products at your front door, side door or garage, without entering your home or removing an old mattress. In-home setup and old-mattress removal are part of a paid delivery service, where available. The service you choose at checkout determines what is included, and availability varies by product and location.

The sleep trial covers eligible mattresses, with an adjustment period, a return processing charge and a deadline measured from the original delivery. Mattresses must be free of stains, damage and unsanitary conditions, with their original law tags attached. Clearance, outlet and preowned merchandise, floor and display models, pillows, mattress protectors, furniture and other accessories are excluded. Adjustable bases are excluded except for TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze Smart Bed adjustable bases. Mattresses and foundations in special-order sizes are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. In California, California King and Split California King sizes are not special orders and remain eligible for the applicable comfort guarantees. The current return policy gives the applicable trial window and charges.

A lower advertised price for the same or a comparable mattress set may qualify for a price adjustment within the current guarantee window. Bring the advertisement to a store to request it. Clearance, outlet and preowned items, floor and display models, and auction-site merchandise are excluded.
