Tredz discount codes: the basket steps

1. Choose your bike or cycling kit, selecting the required size, colour and quantity, then add it to your basket.

How Tredz price matching works

Tredz accepts price-match requests for an identical item available from a UK competitor, at its discretion. Request it through Tredz's live-chat team. After a purchase, requests may qualify within a limited period from receipt under Tredz's price-match terms. Size, colour and specification must match. Under Tredz's price-match terms, the comparison uses the competitor's listed price, includes delivery charges and requires the same payment method and, where applicable, the same finance terms. The comparison excludes other offers or promotional discounts, such as vouchers, membership discounts, clearance or discontinued lines; it also excludes marketplace and auction listings, international retailers and purchases using an insurance voucher.

Tredz payment options

Tredz describes finance through Novuna Personal Finance and PayPal Credit as payment methods. Tredz's finance guide lists Novuna options including interest-free agreements for up to 48 months, and longer repayment arrangements at 14.9% APR for qualifying lower-value purchases. The same guide describes a 12-month Buy Now Pay Later payment holiday followed by repayments over 12 or 24 months at 9.9% APR. For that deferred-payment option, Tredz's finance guide states that settling the full balance within the payment holiday means 0% APR with a £29 administration fee; otherwise, interest is calculated from the start of the agreement, including the holiday.

Tredz's finance guide describes PayPal Credit's six-month interest-free agreements on qualifying purchases, with terms of up to 30 or 48 months for eligible larger baskets. The guide states that PayPal Pay in 3 takes an initial payment at purchase and two further monthly payments, making three interest-free payments over two months.

Tredz's finance terms make finance subject to status and approval for UK residents aged 18 or over. Tredz's finance guide identifies Tredz as a credit broker, not a lender. According to the guide, minimum purchase amounts apply and Pay in 3 has an upper basket limit, while the amount borrowed and the agreement offered determine the available repayment terms.

How Cycle to Work operates

Tredz describes Cycle to Work as a salary-sacrifice scheme for a bike, cycling equipment or both, including eligible clothing, open to employees paid through PAYE. According to Tredz's Cycle to Work guide, payments come from gross salary before Income Tax and National Insurance; the guide gives potential savings of 28%, 42% or 47%, depending on the employee's Income Tax band. Tredz's Cycle to Work guide lists typical agreement lengths of 12, 18 or 24 months, depending on the scheme and employer.

Your employer owns the bike and equipment during the hire agreement, while you use them for commuting and leisure. At the end, ownership arrangements can include a transfer or an extended hire period. Sale and offer bikes can be included in the scheme.

Delivery, collection and returns

Tredz offers free UK Mainland delivery on orders meeting its qualifying minimum spend. Smaller orders can carry a delivery charge, and the delivery table applies different charges to certain locations and larger items, including bikes outside the UK Mainland.
