Go Outdoors Discount Code valid in October 2026

A new waterproof jacket or a replacement pair of walking boots can come with a retail price and a price for members. At Go Outdoors, membership unlocks lower Member's prices, alongside exclusive offers on outdoor kit, according to the membership page. A Go Outdoors discount code reduces the price of qualifying products under its own terms. The current offers above include voucher codes, sign-up savings and reduced-price ranges.

This guide was last reviewed in autumn 2026. The live voucher codes and prices listed above are updated automatically and take precedence over any examples given in this guide.

Outdoor kit for autumn

Go Outdoors sells down jackets, fleeces and baselayers. The outlet organises reduced clothing, footwear and equipment by category, including walking gear, rucksacks and camping kit. Category promotions, such as those for rucksacks or walking gear, may be available for a limited period. Prices for members appear alongside retail prices across the shop.

For multibuys and bundles, GO Outdoors' promotion terms say that adding the required quantity of eligible products to the basket triggers a reduction, applied to the cheapest items first. The mailing list also carries a sign-up offer. Subscribers may receive early information about seasonal events. Text sign-up promotions may also be offered. Official social accounts may carry promotional codes for short campaigns.

Using a Go Outdoors promotional code

GO Outdoors' promotion terms require the voucher code to be applied to the basket before you proceed to checkout. A code must be used when you order and cannot be added retrospectively.

1. Copy your chosen code, then select the size and colour of the products you want to order.
2. Members can sign in with the email address linked to a valid membership to receive Member's prices, as described on the membership page.
3. Open “Discount code? Add it here!”, enter your code in the field marked “Enter Discount” and select “Apply”.
4. Review the resulting total before proceeding with the order.

The general voucher conditions below apply unless the terms of a specific code say otherwise. Delivery charges and gift cards do not count towards a required minimum spend. One voucher code can be used per order, each code can be used once per customer, and codes cannot be combined with another offer under these general terms.

Under those general terms, voucher discounts cover eligible products, excluding sale stock, Member's Deal items, products supplied by Trusted Partners and specified brands. These exclusions can explain a refused code on a mixed basket.

Eligible purchases made through Discoup while signed in can earn Discoup Rewards points.

Member prices and annual membership

The membership terms give a validity of 12 months from purchase or registration, whichever comes first. You can buy membership online or in store. A new membership bought in store may take effect straight away, while one bought online may apply Member's prices to products in the same order. For an online purchase, the physical card arrives by post separately from other items in the order.

People at the same address may use the membership with the member's permission. Some member offers are sent only to customers who have opted in to email or postal marketing. Membership also gives access to the Price Match and the chance to hear about new products and brands first.

In store, present the membership card or number before paying. The membership page lets you register or sign in to see the card number and expiry date, and store staff can check the membership details.

NHS, student and outdoor group discounts

GO Outdoors' Partners and Groups page describes discounts for NHS staff, military personnel, students and members of listed outdoor organisations. Online codes are obtained through the relevant membership or eligibility service. NHS staff can show their NHS ID in store, and military personnel can show military ID. A dedicated discount may also be available to other emergency-service and social-care workers.

Scouts request their online code from their organisation; DofE participants can find theirs on their card or in their DofE account, and Girlguiding members use their organisation's online platform. For these organisational offers, leaders or volunteers may qualify for a greater benefit than young participants under their organisation's conditions. In store, Scouts can show evidence of membership, DofE participants their card and Girlguiding members an item of uniform. The in-store student offer requires a valid card from the student membership scheme specified by GO Outdoors.

Group offers exclude sale items, gift cards and listed brands under the partner terms and cannot be combined with any other offer; some offers are unavailable in store. Shops holding closing-down or clearance sales are excluded. Returned products bought with a group discount are refunded at the discounted price paid.

Clubs, schools, charities and expedition groups can contact the Corporate and Group Sales team about bulk orders. The team offers quotations and a service tailored to the organisation's needs.

The member Price Match

GO Outdoors' Price Match is for members comparing the price of a new, identical product with that offered by a mainland UK retailer, including a UK website. Style, specification, size, colour and sale terms must match, and both retailers must have the product in stock; the competitor's product must also be available for immediate purchase or delivery. The comparison includes VAT and delivery, and GO Outdoors must verify the lower price to its satisfaction.

Factory outlets, auction sites, membership clubs, closing-down sales and retailers in the same corporate group are among the excluded sellers. Promotional or voucher discounts do not apply to a matched price. The service also covers a limited period after purchase, as set out in the Price Match terms, and approval is at GO Outdoors' discretion.

Online enquiries go through the Price Match telephone service. For a purchase made in store, a claim after buying requires a return to the same store with proof of purchase and details of the cheaper price.

Delivery, collection and returns

The delivery policy offers free standard delivery above a minimum spend; the threshold and charges are listed on the delivery page. A Go Outdoors free delivery code may also be available. According to the delivery policy, standard orders generally arrive within a few days. Certain large or heavy products, including some bikes, need a specialist service with an extra charge. Next-day delivery is available for qualifying orders, subject to the published cut-off and delivery area.

Click and Collect is free according to the delivery policy. Under the delivery policy, items already in stock at the chosen shop can often be collected the same day or the following day; stock sent from the warehouse takes longer. Wait for confirmation that the whole order is ready before travelling.

Under the returns policy, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery or collection, with original packaging and re-saleable condition required unless faulty. The returns policy gives refurbished products bought online a shorter return window of 14 days from delivery. Some product categories are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

GO Outdoors online orders can normally go through the returns portal or back to a store. Trusted Partner returns must be arranged with customer care. Large tents cannot use the portal: a store return or a collection arranged for a fee is available. Bikes go to a store with a bike servicing department. Purchases made in store go back to a store.

The policy refunds delivery charges for faulty goods and standard delivery when the whole order is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period. If you paid extra for faster delivery, only the standard delivery cost is refunded. Keeping part of the order may affect entitlement to a delivery refund.

GO Outdoors lists buy now, pay later services among its payment methods, with eligibility and repayment conditions set by the provider.
