StubHub documents three places where that number is visible. Before checkout, open "Filters" on the event page and, under "Price Display Options", switch on "Include estimated fees" so every listing is quoted with them. The eligible groups are listed by StubHub as military, first responders, medical service providers, educators, and other government employees.^[3] You register an account with the verification partner, supply the documentation it asks for, and once you are approved you get access to the StubHub discounts held there.

Redeeming it follows the same path as any other code, with one extra confirmation. Copy the discount code from the partner's StubHub page, find your tickets, then add the code at checkout under gift cards by selecting "Manage" and, once it is in, checking the box that applies the discount to your eligible order. The rest of that guarantee is what the fees are buying, and it is the piece to understand before you set a marketplace listing against a box office price. StubHub's promise is that you get valid tickets to the event or your money back, and that if there is a problem with an order it will make it right with comparable or better tickets or a refund.
