On the other hand, you can choose Mobile transfer ticket delivery, a way tickets are delivered electronically through a venue or team’s official ticketing platform, rather than directly inside your SeatGeek account. With this delivery method, your tickets are accepted and displayed using the third-party platform specified by the venue, typically through their mobile app or mobile website. In order to accept your tickets through this delivery option, you must log into the third-party platform with the same email used for the order at SeatGeek.

In addition, when someone sends tickets to you directly through SeatGeek, you’ll receive an email letting you know there’s a pending ticket in your SeatGeek account.
