Enter a simplehuman discount code

Place your chosen products in the bag and proceed to checkout. Copy the code exactly as issued. At checkout, enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" field. Select "APPLY" to submit the code, then review the order total.

The first-order promotion is for domestic U.S. purchases and excludes prior purchases, according to the promotion terms. A code intended for a first purchase or full-price products needs a cart that meets those conditions.

Signup offers and recurring refills

The first-order signup terms require both email and text subscriptions, and the coupon arrives by text for first-time purchasers. The code is for one use on a qualifying order, excluding sale items, with savings and per-item quantity limits. The offer available when you sign up determines the discount.

The subscription terms charge the item price on the day an Auto Refill order is processed, plus applicable sales tax. You can adjust, pause or cancel through your account or the simplehuman app; changes to prevent the next shipment need to happen before it ships.

The membership signup page offers exclusive promotions and early access to new products in exchange for receiving emails and texts. Joining may be free. Seasonal sales may include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and winter or summer promotions.

The purchaser must be the ID.me account holder for the Heroes offer. Eligibility details are available through ID.me, and the offer is subject to availability and change.

simplehuman delivery and returns

The delivery page estimates prompt dispatch for most domestic orders on working days. Standard service then takes a few business days; the expedited estimate covers a shorter span. Delivery estimates can change with the destination, shipping method and carrier conditions.

The return policy gives you 30 days from receipt for items bought directly from simplehuman.com, accepting domestic returns except those from U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. The same policy offers free return shipping. After receiving the returned package, simplehuman emails a confirmation and refunds your original payment method. The policy allows up to 10 business days for processing.

Price-match requests

The coupons page describes a simplehuman price-match guarantee. simplehuman may match a lower price you find for an identical product at another retailer. A request may be limited to a brand-new item from an authorized retailer, with the same model, size and color or finish, in stock and ready to ship at both stores. Clearance, closeouts, damaged or display goods, open-box items, special offers, bundles, auction listings, third-party marketplaces, membership sites and websites outside the U.S. may be excluded.

The comparison may use the list price, excluding coupon or instant-rebate prices and typographical pricing errors. A request may need to be made within a set period after purchase, and quantities may be limited.
