Diptyque Promo Code valid in October 2026

A Diptyque candle on its way to checkout can pick up a gift through a promo code typed in before payment, or through an offer the site adds on its own. The second route is the one the brand documents itself, since its Exclusive Offers page lists complimentary gifts added automatically at checkout on qualifying orders, with no code required.

Beyond those gifts, the account and the cart carry perks of their own: a welcome gift and a birthday gift through Diptyque & You, free samples picked while ordering, and refills for the classic candle in its refillable format, priced below a new one.

Diptyque promo codes and the gifts added at checkout

When a card in the coupon list on this page carries a Diptyque promo code, that code is entered before payment, and the gift or discount it names should then show up in the order. If it does not, the terms printed on that card are the first thing to reread.

The gift offers on Diptyque's Exclusive Offers page follow the other route: the gifts there that come with a purchase are described as added automatically at checkout when the order qualifies, with no code to enter. The terms printed under those offers keep them to diptyqueparis.com and to the stock on hand, state that offers cannot be combined, and note that gift offers in Diptyque's boutiques vary.

Side by side, the routes that lower the bill or add something to the order look like this:

Diptyque & You: gifts and private sales for account holders

Diptyque & You is the name the brand gives to the benefits that come with a customer account, and according to its help center it covers online shoppers as well as account holders who buy in the boutiques. Those benefits are:

• a welcome gift with the first purchase, online or in a boutique;
• a birthday gift, once a date of birth is on file;
• invitations to exclusive events;
• early access to private sales;
• personalized surprise treats.

Two settings decide whether those benefits reach you: consent to personalized emails, invitations and gifts, and a date of birth given at checkout. Eligible account holders then receive an email on their birthday with the details of the birthday benefit.

Consent can be given when an account is opened in a boutique or when an order is placed online, for email, text messages, phone or mail, and it can be adjusted later from the customer account. The newsletter keeps subscribers posted on launches, events and special offers.

Free samples and refills for the classic candle

Diptyque offers free samples of fragrances and popular products to help shoppers discover them, and the online order includes a step for picking up to two samples, alongside the optional gift box.

Fragrance orders come with a sample matched to the fragrance ordered, added automatically. Diptyque's advice is to try the scent from that sample before opening the bottle, since a bottle that is still sealed can be sent back within the return window.

For candles, there is another way to spend less. Diptyque's classic candle now comes in a refillable format, and on the US site a refill for it is priced below a new classic candle of the same scent and size. The refill is made for the new classic candle jar and does not fit the older glass. The Les Mondes de Diptyque candles are refillable as well, and certain boutiques can refill the bottles of a selection of eaux de toilette and eaux de parfum.
