Shipt Promo Code valid in October 2026

An item can qualify for one digital coupon and cannot count toward multiple Shipt promotions, such as a Spend, Get deal.

Not necessarily. Shipt's digital coupons are e-commerce offers that may differ from in-store deals, and the reverse is also true.

A coupon depends on the qualifying items being available: if the qualifying item is out of stock, its coupon is not applied. If part of the qualifying quantity is available, a portion of the discount still applies. If you add a previously unavailable item to a new order before the coupon expires, the coupon is automatically reapplied.

Yes. A reduced-price student membership is available to actively enrolled college students with a valid student email address. Shipt requires yearly student-email verification and limits eligibility to four years or graduation, whichever comes first. At the end of the four-year period, the membership automatically renews at the regular monthly price.

No. You need a Shipt account and a secondary payment method to cover amounts not paid with SNAP EBT, including ineligible items, delivery and service fees, and tips. State-mandated bottle deposits are the fee exception that SNAP benefits can cover. SNAP EBT is available through participating retailers in select states. SNAP recipients can also qualify for a discounted membership.

Yes. Members have access to exclusive deals and discounts, and customers may earn Shipt credits through qualifying promotions. Those credits are awarded after the order is fulfilled. New-customer trial eligibility is covered in the Membership savings and grocery coupons section above.

Standard Shipt gift cards can be redeemed for credits, but store gift cards are not currently accepted. Those credits apply automatically at checkout. Shipt currently accepts Visa or similar reloadable gift cards with the required three-digit CVC. Shipt credits cover eligible items, excluding delivery fees, shopper tips and alcohol items; standard gift cards also exclude membership purchases. Membership gift cards are a separate product.

The refund goes back to the EBT card. When an out-of-stock item originally paid for with EBT has no chosen backup or substitute, it is refunded to that card. Canceled items originally paid for with EBT are also refunded there, rather than in cash, to a credit card or as Shipt credits. An email confirms the refund amount and updated SNAP EBT balance.

Shipt's member-referral guidance currently says members cannot refer others to sign up for a membership. Gift memberships are available separately for 12 or 6 months and can be redeemed by new subscribers only, rather than added to an existing membership.
