What to do if your Home Chef coupon code is not working

There are several ways to resolve issues with your Home Chef discount codes and you will have an overview on this next section.

• First of all, check if your voucher was entered correctly. This means that you will have to verify that there are no typos and that you didn’t leave any extra spaces before or after the code. Remember that you can always use the copy and paste function or refresh the page and enter your coupon again.
• Next, confirm that your cart meets all the requirements. You can see the requirements in the terms and conditions of your Home Chef voucher. They may include product exclusions, a minimum order amount or the fact that the coupon can only be used once. Adjust your cart accordingly.
• Another important thing to verify is whether your Home Chef coupon code is already expired. Usually, when you’re trying an expired voucher, the website will tell you that it is not longer valid, but if you’re not receiving any error message, look in the terms and conditions if there is an expiration date.
• Last but not least, some Home Chef vouchers might be reserved for new customers only, so you cannot use them again if you already did.

Common rules for Home Chef coupons

Keep always in mind that if you have more than one Home Chef voucher, you will not able to use all of them on the same order. You can enter just one coupon code at the time and if you try to use another one, the previous one will be removed.

Remember that coupon codes are different from automatic discounts, which are automatically applied to your order. Automatic promotions are pre-existing and they are usually activated by certain products. It is possible to use a Home Chef discount code and an automatic deal on the same order, but you have to first check the terms and conditions of both offers.
