Chipotle Promo Code valid in November 2026

At Chipotle, a promo code from the cards at the top can take money off your order, and Rewards points can be redeemed for food. Codes and redeemed rewards usually apply separately.

Chipotle fall 2026 deals and monthly Rewards drops

Chipotle offers reviewed in fall 2026. Chipotle Rewards lists a free monthly bonus reward among its member benefits. Members also get early word on limited-time promotions and new menu releases.

How you claim a fall offer depends on where you order. Chipotle has run restaurant promotions that ask you to show up in costume and digital promotions that require a code and a qualifying purchase on its site or app.

From fall events to holiday gifts. Chipotle's Halloween 2026 costume offer was for Rewards members. For holiday gifts, Chipotle sells e-gift cards and physical cards. The person who uses the card can earn points on a qualifying purchase.

Three quick answers before you order

What do new Rewards members get? Chipotle offers free chips and guac at sign-up with a minimum purchase.

How do I earn points at the counter? Show your digital Rewards account when you pay for a qualifying purchase at a participating restaurant.

Where is the Chipotle U hub? Verified students can find it in the Rewards section of the Chipotle app.

Applying a discount code to a Chipotle order

You can build your Chipotle order item by item and enter a promo code at checkout.

1. Sign in before you start, not after. A code can still apply to a guest order if the offer allows it. An online guest order earns no points at checkout. If you were already a Rewards member when you ordered, you can submit a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase and ask Chipotle to credit the points.^[1] Chipotle decides whether to grant the request.
2. Build the order from the menu, adjusting ingredients as you go. The price tracks what you actually add, so the subtotal you are about to discount is the one you assembled.
3. Open the order summary before paying and choose pickup or delivery first. That choice changes the fees on the order, and on delivery it changes how much of the total counts toward points.
4. Find the promotional code field in that summary, enter the code and confirm it. The subtotal should drop straight away. If nothing moves, the code has not been accepted, and the section below covers why.

When your code gets rejected at checkout

A refused code almost always comes down to one of five things, and it pays to check them in this order.

• There is already a reward on the order. This is the one most people miss. Chipotle's rewards terms state that a reward cannot be redeemed together with another promotion, offer, discount or coupon unless that particular promotion says otherwise.^[1] If your offer doesn't allow the combination, use either the code or the reward on that order.
• The offer has closed. Every code has an end date, and the details on the card above are where it is written.
• The code was pasted with something extra. A trailing space or a stray character carried over from copying is enough to make it fail. Retyping it by hand settles the question quickly.
• The order does not meet the conditions. Some offers need a minimum spend, some are tied to particular menu items, and some exclude what is already in your bag.
• You are in the wrong channel. Several Chipotle deals are written for digital orders only, some for the app specifically, and some for eating in the restaurant. A code built for one will not travel to another.

How Chipotle Rewards points really add up

Joining is free and the arithmetic looks simple: 10 points per $1 spent, earned whether you order in the app, on the website or at the counter.^[2] The qualifying total is where it turns out narrower than most people expect.

Chipotle strips taxes, tips, donations and fees out of the total before counting, and it names delivery fees, bag fees, service fees, convenience fees and recycling deposits among them. Alcohol and gift card purchases, including reloads, earn nothing. An account is limited to three qualifying purchases a day, with at most one qualifying purchase per transaction regardless of how many items you order.^[1]

Points come off in the rewards exchange, which runs as a ladder rather than a single price: a few hundred points covers a side or a drink, and a full entrée sits well above a thousand. Chipotle reserves the right to move those thresholds whenever it wants, so read the current figures in your account and trust no number written elsewhere, including here.

Two clocks are easy to confuse. Under the Chipotle Rewards terms, a reward normally expires 60 days after it is added to your account. The points themselves can lapse if the account goes quiet, and a qualifying purchase keeps the balance alive. Chipotle's own pages are not consistent about how long that grace period runs, with the program terms and the student pages giving different windows, so the safe reading is not to leave the account idle for months and assume the balance survived.

One last wrinkle: the part of a bill you settle with a redeemed reward does not earn points again. Points come from what you actually pay with cash, a card, a mobile wallet or a Chipotle gift card.

Which Chipotle savings route pays off more

A promotional code and a redeemed reward apply separately unless the offer allows both, so it helps to know which route suits the order in front of you.

Chipotle U, the college student route

Chipotle runs a separate program for college students called Chipotle U, and it is the clearest discount on this page for anyone who qualifies. Chipotle U members earn 12 points per $1 in qualifying spending, 20% more than the standard 10, and get 1,000 bonus points when they enroll and verify their student status.^[3] Chipotle says the bonus should arrive as soon as verification is complete.

Verification runs through an outside identity partner Chipotle uses to confirm you are actively enrolled. Chipotle receives your school name, your expected graduation date and the type of school, and states that nothing further is collected. Once you are verified, the enrollment happens automatically and the Chipotle U hub appears in the rewards section of the app, which is also where the college-only drops turn up.

Where the free food actually hides

• Your birthday. Members pick one reward during their birthday month, chosen from chips, guac, queso or a drink.^[2] It is not automatic on the day, so open the app during that month and choose it there.
• The monthly drop. A free bonus reward reaches member accounts every month.^[2] It costs nothing beyond being enrolled.
• Challenges and bonuses. Chipotle periodically offers extra points, bonus rewards and badges through what it calls Extras. Some need activating before they count, so open the offer first and do not assume it is already running.
• An almost-empty gift card. This one is genuinely obscure. A Chipotle gift card holding less than $10, or less than $15 in California, can be cashed out for the unused balance through a form on the Chipotle site.^[4] Customer Care sends eligible payouts by bank transfer or check. After you submit the form, Chipotle says to expect a reply from Customer Care in about 10 business days if your card number is valid and the balance is below the applicable limit.
• Feeding a crowd. Catering orders placed through your account earn points like any other qualifying purchase, which makes the largest orders the ones where membership is worth the most.

Email is the other quiet channel. Marketing messages are an opt-in you accept inside the rewards account rather than a separate mailing list, so there is no standalone newsletter code to hunt for, but that inbox is where offers reach you first.

Pickup or delivery, and what it does to your total

Delivery is the convenient option and can cost more. Chipotle's delivery fees, when they apply, vary by location and by order, so use the fee shown for your order at checkout. Minimum order thresholds can apply as well, depending on where you are ordering from.

There is a second cost that is easy to overlook. Those fees are excluded from the total Chipotle counts toward points, so the part of a delivery order you pay in fees earns nothing.^[1] Pickup saves you any delivery fee that would otherwise apply. If the restaurant is out of your way, weigh that fee against the time and fuel for the trip.

Whichever you pick, the offers above tend to specify a channel. Read the card before you commit to delivery on the strength of a deal written for in-restaurant orders.

A $0 delivery fee from Black Friday to Cyber Monday: what Chipotle ran in 2024 and 2025

Chipotle ran a $0 delivery fee from Black Friday through Cyber Monday 2024, on website and app orders placed with a promo code. For Black Friday through Cyber Monday 2025, it again offered a $0 delivery fee on orders placed through its app and website, with a code required.^[5] In 2024 and 2025 the terms set a $10 minimum and a $200 maximum order before tax and fees, and they left out catering, Burritos by the Box and orders on third-party delivery platforms.

The offer did not bring delivery down to the pickup price in either year. Chipotle charged higher menu prices on delivery in 2024 and 2025, and service fees still applied at checkout, except in California in 2024 and in California, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Virginia in 2025. Redeemed rewards could go on the same delivery order in both years, but they did not count toward the minimum.

The week of Black Friday 2025 also brought an in-restaurant buy-one-get-one entrée offer on the evening before Thanksgiving. For gift cards, Chipotle's holiday terms gave the first 20,000 online purchases of at least $50 in designated cards that week a single-use code worth up to $10, valid until mid-December 2025.^[6]
