The Just Eat discount codes listed above are selected to help you reduce the cost of eligible restaurant, takeaway or grocery orders. Depending on the promotion, you may receive a fixed amount off, a percentage discount, free delivery or a saving linked to a specific restaurant, shop or customer group.

Discoup reviews and updates the offers shown on this page, but eligibility can still vary by account, postcode and basket. Before copying a Just Eat discount code, check the expiry date, minimum spend and participating partners. The most useful code is not always the one with the largest headline saving: it is the one that applies to the order you already intend to place.

How to Apply a Just Eat Voucher Code

Choose a code from the offers above, then open Just Eat and select the restaurant or shop you want to order from. Add your items to the basket and continue to the payment stage. Look for the section used for a discount voucher, enter the code exactly as displayed and select Apply.

The wording and position of the field may differ slightly between the website and app, but the important steps remain the same. The code must be added before you place the order, and the saving should appear clearly in the order summary before you pay. If the total does not change, do not assume the voucher will be applied later.

Account credit may need to be deselected before you enter a standard promotional voucher because the two payment benefits cannot normally be used together. Just Eat also states that a standard voucher is generally valid for one order, so any unused promotional value may be lost rather than carried forward.

For example, if you have a £10 voucher but the eligible basket is worth £8, using it may not leave £2 available for a future order. A gift card redeemed as account credit works differently, as its remaining balance can stay in your account.

Check the Voucher Conditions Before Ordering

A valid Just Eat promo code may still be unsuitable for your basket. Promotions can be limited to new customers, selected accounts, particular restaurants, named grocery partners or specific postcodes. Some are available through both the app and website, while others may be restricted to one ordering channel.

Pay close attention to how the minimum spend is calculated. It normally refers to the value of eligible items before delivery fees, service charges and other costs. If an offer requires a £20 spend, a basket containing £18 of food and £2 of delivery fees may still fail to qualify because the fee does not form part of the eligible product total.

Some codes exclude alcohol, tobacco, age-restricted goods, groceries or already discounted products. Others apply only to a particular branch, even when the same brand has several locations near you. Moving an identical basket to a different branch can therefore make the code stop working.

A promotion may also have a redemption limit in addition to its published closing date. Recent Just Eat campaigns have been restricted to a set number of customers and selected geographical areas, meaning a code can become unavailable once the allocation has been used.

Check whether the discount has a maximum value. A code offering a percentage reduction may stop calculating once it reaches the stated cap, so a larger basket will not necessarily produce a larger saving.

Why Is My Just Eat Promo Code Not Working?

First, check that the code was entered correctly. Copying it directly is usually safer than typing it, but make sure you have not included a space before or after the characters. Codes can also be case-sensitive in some checkout systems, so retain the original formatting.

Next, confirm that the offer is active and that you have not used it before. A code may be limited to one redemption per customer, household, payment method, email address or delivery address. Offers sent directly by email or displayed inside an account may also be personal to the original recipient. Just Eat’s general voucher terms state that promotions may be single-use, non-transferable and unavailable alongside another discount unless the specific campaign says otherwise.

Then check the eligible basket value. A common error occurs when the items total is below the required threshold but delivery and service fees bring the checkout total above it. If a promotion requires £25 of qualifying products, a £23 basket plus £3 in fees may show a £26 total while still failing the minimum-spend test.

The restaurant, shop or postcode may also be outside the promotion. This can happen when a code is advertised for a familiar chain but applies only to selected branches. Grocery and retail partners may be excluded from a restaurant offer, while a grocery code may work only at named stores.

Another promotion can prevent the voucher from being accepted. Remove any account credit, alternative code or restaurant offer that has already been selected, then try again. Do not remove an automatic saving until you have compared both totals, as the existing deal may be worth more than the voucher.

The payment method can also affect whether a code is accepted, but there is no single rule for every Just Eat voucher. Some campaigns allow cash or mobile-wallet payments, while others require an online payment method. Check the conditions attached to the specific offer before changing how you intend to pay.

Account credit follows separate rules. It cannot be combined with cash, and if the available credit does not cover the full order total, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted debit or credit card.

If every condition appears to be satisfied, take a screenshot showing the code, basket and error message before contacting customer support. Include the restaurant name, order value and delivery postcode so the problem can be checked without asking you to rebuild the basket from memory.

Where to Find Other Just Eat Offers

The offers above are one route to saving, but Just Eat also displays promotions directly on participating restaurant and shop listings. Enter your delivery address before comparing deals, as the selection depends on your location and the partners currently available to you.

The platform includes filters for deals, free delivery and StampCards. These can help you narrow the results before opening individual menus, although the final conditions still need to be checked at basket level.

Some restaurant discounts are applied automatically and do not use a Just Eat voucher code. You may see a reduced menu price, a percentage saving after reaching a threshold or a free product added to an eligible order. In these cases, the checkout should show the saving without requiring you to type anything.

Email messages and app notifications can contain account-specific promotions. These are often more restrictive than public Just Eat coupon offers because they may be connected to the account that received them. If a friend forwards you a code, it may be rejected even when it has not expired.

New-customer offers should also be checked carefully. A Just Eat discount code for a first order may be temporary, limited to a particular restaurant or available only in selected areas. Opening a new account does not automatically guarantee a first-order discount, and repeatedly creating accounts to reuse an offer may breach its conditions.

Student, NHS and Blue Light Card Savings

A Just Eat student discount may be available through a student-verification platform, but the percentage, participating partners and minimum spend can change. Student Beans currently lists a student discount for Southern Co-op orders. The offer requires a code to be entered at checkout, has a minimum spend and excludes alcohol, tobacco and other age-restricted products. It cannot be combined with other offers.

The discount therefore does not apply to every restaurant, takeaway or grocery shop available on the platform. You need to generate a new code through Student Beans for each qualifying transaction and check that the selected Southern Co-op store participates.

The same principle applies to NHS savings. There is not necessarily a permanent public Just Eat NHS discount code that works for every customer and order. Eligible users may instead find occasional promotions or benefits through a verified membership service.

Blue Light Card currently offers members a discount off Just Eat Shopping Cards. The saving is applied when the card is purchased rather than through a normal discount code at checkout. The Shopping Card provides prepaid value that can then be used through the Just Eat website or app. Access is restricted to verified eligible members.

Before buying prepaid credit, compare the upfront saving with any public voucher available for the same order. A Shopping Card discount may provide reliable value, but a larger restaurant-specific promotion could be better if the two cannot be combined.

Saving Without a Just Eat Coupon Code

A code is not always required to reduce the order total. Just Eat runs automatic restaurant promotions, menu discounts and free-delivery offers that appear after you enter your address.

Free delivery should be assessed separately from a completely fee-free order. A £0 delivery fee does not necessarily remove the service charge or other costs. Check the final total rather than relying on the offer badge.

The same applies to meal deals and free-item promotions. A deal can be good value when it includes items you would have ordered anyway, but adding an unwanted product simply to cross a threshold can reduce the real saving.

For example, spending an extra £4 to unlock a £3 discount leaves you paying £1 more unless the additional item has genuine value to you. Comparing the basket before and after the threshold is a simple way to avoid spending more just to activate a promotion.

When several restaurants offer similar meals, compare the final payable amount, not only the menu price or discount percentage. Delivery fees, service charges, minimum-order supplements and different portion sizes can change which option is cheapest.

How Just Eat+ Works

Just Eat+ is intended for customers who order often enough to benefit from repeated delivery-fee savings. It provides a £0 delivery fee on eligible orders from participating partners, subject to a minimum product spend of at least £15. An individual restaurant or shop may set a higher minimum, which should be shown before you order.

The benefit removes the eligible delivery fee rather than every checkout charge. Service charges and other costs may still apply, and certain partners can have additional delivery restrictions. Just Eat+ is not available on cash orders, and participating businesses may change over time.

The practical test is to compare the cost of the plan with the delivery fees you would otherwise pay. If your usual restaurants do not participate or your typical basket falls below the qualifying spend, the pass may offer limited value. If you order regularly from eligible partners, the cumulative delivery saving can be more useful than waiting for occasional free-delivery codes.

Check that the Just Eat+ benefit appears at checkout each time. A partner that qualified for a previous order may not necessarily remain eligible, and a higher partner-specific minimum can prevent the £0 delivery fee from activating.

How Just Eat StampCards Work

StampCards reward repeat orders from the same participating restaurant. You receive one stamp for each qualifying online-paid order placed while logged into your account. Orders completed through guest checkout do not collect stamps.

A StampCard is completed after you collect five stamps from the same restaurant. The resulting discount is worth 10% of the total food and drink value you paid across those five orders, after any other offers or vouchers used on those orders have been deducted.

The stamps are restaurant-specific, so purchases from two branches or different takeaways do not normally contribute to the same card. Each stamp expires 12 months after it is awarded. Once the fifth stamp has been collected, the discount is issued within 24 hours and can be used for up to 90 days at the same participating restaurant.

A completed StampCard discount must be used in one qualifying order and has no cash value. However, the official terms allow it to be redeemed with other offers or vouchers when the remaining payment and voucher conditions are satisfied. This makes StampCards one of the few areas where a form of stacking may be possible, but the checkout total should confirm the combination before you pay.

If you order regularly from one local restaurant, staying logged in can be more valuable than using guest checkout. The price of the meal does not need to be unusually high for the stamps to matter, but switching between several restaurants means each card will take longer to complete.

How the Just Eat Price Promise Works

The Price Promise can provide a saving after an order when the same restaurant menu item was cheaper through the restaurant’s own online ordering channel. It applies to completed, paid and delivered restaurant orders rather than grocery partners, collection orders or dine-in purchases.

The comparison covers eligible menu-item prices, not delivery fees, service charges or other checkout costs. It also excludes items that were cheaper because of a special restaurant promotion. This means a temporary direct-order discount is not normally enough to support a claim.

You must submit the request within 14 days of the relevant order and may be asked to provide a link, screenshot or image showing the lower price. Customers are limited to one Price Promise claim per restaurant within a 30-day period.

If the claim is approved, Just Eat provides a paycode voucher worth at least twice the eligible price difference. The result is a voucher rather than a cash refund, and it expires after 30 days.

For example, if an eligible item cost £2 more through Just Eat than through the restaurant’s own website, an approved claim should produce a voucher worth at least £4. Keep the evidence when you notice a difference, as menu prices can change before the claim is reviewed.

Gift Cards, Promotional Vouchers and Account Credit

A promotional voucher is designed to reduce the cost of an eligible order. It usually has a defined expiry date, can be limited to one use and may lose any unused value after redemption.

A Just Eat gift card is prepaid value that you can buy for yourself or send to someone else. Both physical and digital gift cards are available. The recipient signs in, enters the gift card code under Account Credit or the gift-card redemption area, and the value is then added to the account balance.

Account credit acts as a payment balance rather than a percentage discount. If the credit is lower than the order value, the remaining amount can be paid with an accepted debit or credit card. If the credit is higher, the unused balance remains in the account for another order.

Gift cards must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Once their value has been credited to an account, it cannot be transferred to another account. If an order paid with account credit is cancelled, the applicable refund is issued as a paycode rather than cash.

A gift card bought for the UK service cannot be used directly in a restaurant or transferred to another country’s Just Eat platform. Redeem it while signed into the correct account, as correcting an accidental redemption to the wrong account may not be possible.

Extra Insights on Just Eat

The fastest way to judge a promotion is to calculate the effective saving rather than looking only at the headline. Start with the price of the items you actually planned to buy, then add delivery and service charges and subtract the confirmed discount. This avoids choosing a 20% offer that produces a smaller final saving than a fixed-value code or free-delivery deal.

Consider collection when it is offered and practical. Removing a delivery fee can sometimes save more than a small voucher, although collection orders may not qualify for delivery-only campaigns, Just Eat+ or the Price Promise. Compare the collection and delivery totals before choosing the fulfilment method rather than assuming one is always cheaper.

Timing can matter without relying on a short-lived code. Automatic Tuesday discounts, restaurant-specific menu offers and free-delivery promotions can reduce different parts of the order. Where the terms allow it, a StampCard reward may also work alongside another offer. A standard promotional voucher, by contrast, is normally not compatible with other vouchers, account credit or restaurant discounts.

You can also compare public codes with verified student or Blue Light Card benefits before committing to prepaid credit. The important point is to choose one route only after checking the payable total. Purchasing a discounted Shopping Card and then discovering that a larger public voucher cannot be combined with account credit can leave you with a smaller immediate saving than expected.

Some banks, card providers, membership schemes and cashback services may run separate Just Eat offers. These sit outside the normal Just Eat voucher field and may require activation or tracked access before you order. Check whether an external reward excludes gift cards, account credit, app purchases or other discounts, and do not count the saving until it has tracked or appeared in the relevant account.

Limited promotions can end after a set number of redemptions, even when the advertised date has not passed. When a code fits your planned order and the terms mention limited availability, applying it before spending time customising a large basket reduces the chance of reaching checkout after the allocation has closed.

Frequently Asked Questions About Just Eat Discount Codes and Vouchers

Can I use more than one Just Eat discount code on the same order?

Standard promotional codes are generally limited to one voucher per order. They also cannot normally be combined with account credit, another code or a restaurant discount unless the individual promotion states otherwise. StampCard rewards follow separate rules and may be used with another offer or voucher when the remaining payment and both sets of conditions allow it. The checkout summary is the final confirmation that a combination has been accepted.

Can I use a McDonald’s, Greggs or Domino’s voucher on Just Eat?

A voucher issued directly by a restaurant chain is not automatically valid on Just Eat. Check whether the terms specifically include orders placed through third-party delivery platforms. A code created for the restaurant’s own website, app or physical locations may be rejected even when that restaurant is available on Just Eat. Restaurant-specific Just Eat promotions are separate and normally identify the eligible partner or branches in their own conditions.

Can I use a Just Eat voucher directly in a restaurant?

Just Eat promotional vouchers and gift cards are intended for eligible orders placed through the platform. A gift card cannot normally be shown to restaurant staff and redeemed in person. If an offer supports collection, you must still place and pay for the order through the relevant Just Eat checkout unless the promotion explicitly gives different instructions.

Can I apply a Just Eat code after placing my order?

A discount code must be entered before you confirm the order. The saving should appear in the order summary before payment. If you forget to apply it, there is no guarantee that the code can be added afterwards or that the difference will be refunded. It is therefore worth checking the total one final time before selecting the button that submits the order.

Does a Just Eat discount code cover delivery and service charges?

Many codes reduce the eligible food, drink or grocery subtotal while leaving delivery fees, service charges and other costs payable. These fees may also be excluded when calculating whether you have reached the minimum spend. Read the individual offer conditions and compare the final payable total. A large product discount can still produce a relatively small overall saving when the order has higher delivery or service charges.

Can Just Eat discount codes be used for groceries?

It depends on the promotion. Some codes include participating supermarkets, convenience stores and retail partners, while restaurant campaigns may exclude grocery orders completely. Check the eligible partner list rather than relying on a general-looking code name. A promotion can also include only selected branches of a grocery chain or exclude specific products such as alcohol and tobacco.

Can I use a discount code on alcohol or other age-restricted products?

Many promotions exclude alcohol, tobacco and other age-restricted items. These products may remain in the basket but receive no discount, or they may be removed from the value used to calculate the minimum spend. For example, a £25 basket containing £10 of excluded products may count as only £15 towards a qualifying threshold. Check the campaign terms before adding extra items to make up the difference.

Are the same offers available in the app and on the website?

Not necessarily. Some promotions work on both channels, while others are limited to the app, the website or selected accounts. Use the channel named in the terms and verify the total before paying. If a code is rejected on one channel, switching may help only when the promotion explicitly supports the alternative; it will not override an account, location or partner restriction.

What happens to my voucher if the order is cancelled?

The outcome depends on the voucher type, cancellation reason and promotion terms. A single-use discount code may not immediately become available again. When account credit has been used, the gift card terms state that the applicable refund for a cancelled order is issued through a paycode rather than as cash. Check your email and account balance, then contact support if the value does not reappear.

Can I send someone a Just Eat gift card?

Yes. Just Eat offers physical and digital gift cards that can be personalised. A digital card is suitable for electronic delivery, while a physical card can be sent to a chosen postal address. The recipient must redeem the gift card into a Just Eat account before spending it. Make sure the email or delivery details are correct because the value becomes non-transferable once it has been credited to an account.

Does a Just Eat gift card have to be spent in one order?

No. Once a gift card has been redeemed as account credit, any unused balance can remain available for a later order. If the order costs more than the available credit, the difference can normally be paid with an accepted debit or credit card. This differs from a standard promotional voucher, where unused value may be lost after a single redemption.

How long does a Just Eat gift card remain valid?

A Just Eat gift card must be redeemed within one year of its purchase date. After redemption, check the account and delivery terms that apply to the credited value. Promotional discount codes have separate expiry dates and can be valid for much shorter periods. Never assume that a promo code has the same one-year validity as a purchased gift card.

Can I pay cash when using a Just Eat voucher?

Cash is available for some Just Eat orders, and certain voucher campaigns may also permit it. Other promotions require an online payment method, so the conditions attached to the individual code determine whether cash, a card or a mobile wallet can be used. Account credit cannot be combined with cash. If the available credit does not cover the complete order, the outstanding amount must be paid by debit or credit card. Just Eat+ is also unavailable on cash orders.

Can I use One4all or Love2shop vouchers on Just Eat?

A third-party gift card is not the same as a Just Eat gift card. Its acceptance depends on the card provider’s current retailer list, online-payment rules and the methods supported by the Just Eat checkout. Check the provider’s official terms before buying or loading a card specifically for an order. Do not assume that a prepaid card will work simply because it can be used at one of the restaurant chains listed on Just Eat.

Does Just Eat have a permanent referral code?

A public refer-a-friend code should not be treated as a permanent customer benefit. Referral promotions can be temporary, invitation-only or associated with a different service, such as courier recruitment or business accounts. Use a referral offer only when it appears in your customer account or has current consumer terms that explain eligibility, the reward, the qualifying action and the expiry date.
