Quick steps: how to apply a Gorgeous Shop promo code

Sometimes the brand releases coupon codes that you can apply to your order to save some money. If you don’t know where to look to find them, we suggest you check our Discoup page for the latest promotions or directly the Gorgeous Shop official website, where you can even subscribe to the newsletter to not miss out on any news.

If you have a voucher code but you don’t know where to apply it, here there is a step-by-step guide. Follow it carefully to get your total reduced:

• Add your favourite items to your bag;
• Once you are ready to order, click on “View bag” in the site pop-up menu;
• On your right, find the “Apply discount code” section and enter your coupon;
• Click “Apply discount” and confirm that the total updates;
• Proceed to checkout and pay.

Before you try a coupon code: eligibility checklist

Each promotional code has its own terms and conditions. Make sure to read them carefully before applying a discount to your order to prevent any frustration. Usually codes have:

• An expiration date;
• A minimum spend threshold;
• Exclusions (concerning certain brands/categories/gift cards/etc.);
• Restrictions (concerning the country/region where it can be applied).

It’s important that the promotional code has been correctly typed into the dedicated field. You may want to copy/paste it to avoid this type of mistake. It may also happen that a coupon can be used just once: use it only when you are sure to finalise your order.

Delivery and Click & Collect: hit free thresholds and pay less

If you wonder what kind of delivery options Gorgeous Shop offers, here’s a list with the relative estimated delivery time. If you meet a certain threshold, the shipping costs are waived for the first two options, but all the others are subject to a fee:

• EVRi Click & Collect (2-4 working days);
• UK Saver Delivery (2-4 working days);
• Premium Delivery (next working day for 12 months);
• Express Delivery (next working day).

Choose the shipping method you prefer the most according to your needs. If you are a frequent shopper, consider the Premium Delivery option, with which you unlock the free next day shipping for a year rather than paying the shipping fee.

Returns and refunds with discounted orders: what to expect

If you would like to return or exchange your order, you can do it within 14 days by contacting Gorgeous Shop customer service team, that will provide you with your free-post returns label.

When returning your order, the items sent must be unopened, unused, and resalable, and must include intact seals/packaging and a proof of postage, so on the rare occasion your parcel is lost on its way, it can be used to investigate further.

Please allow Gorgeous Shop 10 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email. Refunds typically reflect what you actually paid after discounts, and if a return drops the order below a minimum spend, the promo may no longer apply.

Extra ways to save without a code (and without waiting)

If you don’t have any coupon code, there are other ways to save. Check limited-time offers and on-site promotions first. They can be launched during peak periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Back To School, etc. or for flash sales.

Usually, a specific section on the website is dedicated to these events. Some discounts may be category-based and others may be valid sitewide. However, they all are automatic: the discounted price will be seen in the basket without the need to apply a code.

Subscribe to the newsletter so you can know when these promotions are launched as well as get exclusive offers, early sale access and expert beauty tips straight to your inbox.

Visit the “Free gifts” section: here you can find out how to get a free item/sample with your purchase. Ensure the gift is in the basket before checkout. If you’re near the threshold, add a small essential to unlock free delivery rather than paying shipping costs. This way you will maximise your savings.
