Where to find FOREO promo codes

If you wish to buy something from FOREO but its devices are out of your pocket, you may want to use a voucher code to get your items at a discounted price, but where to find one?

Apart from our Discoup page, which is constantly up-to-date with the latest coupons and offers, you can check directly on the FOREO website if there is a temporary active promotional code.

If there is, it is usually linked to a particular campaign, launched in occasion of specific events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, winter and summer sales) or randomly for flash sales.

In case you miss them, you can always use the coupon code you be obtained by the newsletter subscription, but only new members can benefit from it. FOREO supports key workers with an exclusive discount: verify if your employment qualifies and your status to get yours.

How to apply a FOREO voucher code

Once you have identified what you want to shop at FOREO, click on “Add” to see the relative item in your cart. On your right, you will see appear a summary of your order.

At the top, there will be the shipping information, that is the delivery country and the estimated delivery date, so you can get an idea of when you receive the order and if it meets your needs.

In the next section, you will see the list of all the items added. Check if what has been added is correct and in the right quantities, choose the shipping if you prefer between the standard and the express delivery and then, under the amount due, paste your promotional code and apply it by clicking on the plus symbol on the right.

Your discount will be itemized right before the cart value, which will be updated accordingly. Otherwise, if, for any reason, the voucher code cannot be applied, the message “The provided coupon is invalid” will be displayed.

What to do if your FOREO coupon code doesn’t work

If your discount has not been applied, you should verify if:

• Your code hasn’t expired or the limited-time campaign has ended;
• You have typed your coupon incorrectly: copy-paste it to avoid this mistake;
• The minimum spend (the cart value before the shipping/taxes) has not been met;
• There are regional restrictions, as FOREO policies and promos can vary by market;
• There is a cache/session issue: refresh the page, try the incognito mode or re-add your items;
• Your voucher code can be combinable with automatic promotions/other codes;
• There is a mismatch with eligible products (devices/collections excluded).

Returns & warranty: what to know before you buy

If you are not satisfied with the device you have received, you can return it within 14 days from delivery, but opened/used items are generally not accepted.

Every item comes with a standard 2-year limited warranty. To activate it, register the number provided on the bottom of your device or the device package under the “Register product” section in your FOREO account. Alternatively, you can do it by scanning the barcode or pairing the device via Bluetooth (depending on the device model you have).

You can claim your warranty on the FOREO website, but not in the app. Firstly, in the top right corner, click on the “Login” button and enter your credentials. Then click on “My profile”.

On the left side, there is a menu: find the “Warranty Claim” entry and then click on it. This will open a list of your devices. Next to every device covered by warranty there is a “Claim” button. Choose the product for which you can claim your warranty and click on the relative button.

This will take you to the warranty claim form, which you will have to fill in with the necessary information. Also add a video in which you clearly show the problem with your device.

Once you are done, you will receive a warranty claim reference number and a customer care representative will contact you via email within 2 business days to explain the next steps.
