Reading a cart bears it out. In September 2026 a Saatva cart put the running sale on its own line of the order summary, priced white glove delivery at nothing, and left tax to the following step; the first checkout screen carried shipping fields, a removal checkbox and the same summary, and no box for a code appeared on either. Ground shipping is free as well on bedding and bath products, lamps, dog beds and mattress toppers. One of those free services is not free by default. Adjustable bases sit outside the trial altogether, nightstands run on a much shorter one, and mattress toppers have a shorter window of their own, with return shipping paid.

The warranty runs the other way and costs nothing at the start. Saatva calls it Friends for Life and warrants the mattress against defects for as long as its original buyer keeps it: a defective mattress is replaced at no charge during the first two years, and from the third year on it is repaired and re-covered for a processing fee published on the warranty page, with a separate option to take a new mattress at a share of the original price that grows the longer you have had it.
