FedEx Office Promo Code valid in October 2026

A stack of presentation booklets and a custom poster can take different paths through FedEx Office. Print coupons apply to eligible FedEx Office products, while products fulfilled by Marketplace sellers have separate restrictions. Choose the print service you need before applying a FedEx Office promo code, then check the reduction against the finished order, including any delivery charges.

This guide was last reviewed in September 2026. The live coupons and prices listed above are updated automatically and take precedence over any example described in this guide.

How to apply a FedEx Office coupon code

FedEx Office's online printing FAQ calls the cart's coupon entry area “+ADD PROMO CODE.” After configuring your print product, review the cart before submitting the order:

1. Check the file, quantity, paper and finishing selections for the project.
2. Enter the coupon from its offer in the cart's promo-code area.
3. Check the order summary for the reduction and review the amount still payable, including fulfillment charges.

A filled-in coupon field does not establish that the order received a discount. The offer may require a qualifying purchase, exclude certain services or apply through a particular ordering channel. FedEx Office's FAQ specifically excludes Marketplace Seller items from its print promotions and discounts.

Self-service documents and custom print jobs

Print & Go handles everyday documents at self-service machines. FedEx Office explains that you can email a file from your phone, receive a retrieval code and use it at the machine. A USB drive or supported cloud account provides another way to access a document. You do not need a FedEx login for Print & Go.

Use this route for standard-size documents, in color or black and white. For a poster, blueprint or other oversized project, check the separate large-format equipment or configure an appropriate product online. Full-service printing also provides help with file setup and finishing when a booklet, presentation or sign needs more preparation.

Self-service availability does not make a print coupon valid at the machine. Read the service exclusions before choosing between self-service and a staff-produced order; a promotion for eligible printing can exclude self-service work.

Offers, accounts and print bundles

FedEx Office lists individual coupons alongside email offers, Print Preferred and bundles. They have different requirements, so an account benefit should not be treated as an extra discount that automatically combines with a coupon.

Under the Print Preferred terms, the discount requires your FedEx Office account number. The program covers eligible printing and related services, but excludes hotel and convention center locations. Members can also apply for a credit account; enrollment does not mean a credit application will be approved.

The official offers page also describes FedEx Rewards for shipping-related rewards, including member print benefits. That program is separate from Print Preferred. Eligible purchases made through your Discoup account can also earn Discoup points; follow the store's points information before placing the order.

Paper, finishing and saved quotes

A printing quote depends on the job you configure. Review the available paper, color, binding and quantity choices before comparing totals. Keep the required finished result in mind: a bound training manual and loose reference sheets are different products, even if they start with the same file.

For larger or complex projects, FedEx Office offers custom quotes. An account lets you return to an available quote and check its expiration before ordering. Saving a quote does not itself reduce the price or guarantee that a coupon will combine with it. Check the applicable terms for custom-bid and volume-priced work.

Starter kits collect print pieces for uses such as property marketing, small-business materials or indoor events. Compare their contents with the pieces your project actually requires. An advertised bundle saving is not a reason to buy material you do not need.

Pickup and delivery arrangements

FedEx Office gives a completion estimate based on the product and options selected. Quick pickup may be available for a suitable print job, subject to quantity, materials, store capacity and complexity. Check the estimate for your project before relying on a turnaround time.

Only FedEx Office-produced items qualify for store pickup. Marketplace products are delivered from their sellers and can add separate shipping charges. A mixed order therefore needs a check of each item's fulfillment details, not just the coupon reduction.

Delivery methods vary by product. Local delivery is restricted to participating locations and their service areas. When several methods are available, compare the final charge and estimated arrival for the one you select. The current promotion and any shipping benefit can be opened from the cards at the top.

Checking a project before production

A custom print order needs a final review of the uploaded file as well as the price. Check the content, number of copies, finish and delivery selection before submitting it. FedEx Office says that the product, production speed and shipping method cannot be changed after submission.

If you need to cancel, contact customer service promptly. Production can start shortly after an order is placed, and FedEx Office does not allow cancellation once production has begun. Marketplace orders have particularly restrictive cancellation conditions. Do not rely on being able to correct a file after ordering.
