How to apply a Zenni Optical coupon code

First of all, open the online shop and check out the various deals listed in the main page. Or, just go to the category you are interested in right away. Whenever you find a pair of glasses that you like, click on that model and choose all the necessary info: frame size, bridge fit, frame color and prescription lenses. Once you’re satisfied with your choices, press the ‘Add to cart’ button.

At the shopping cart page, you will find the order summary and the dedicated section where to enter your promo code.

That’s where you can copy your Zenni Optical code and apply it, so that the total value of the cart can change. If this happens, it means that the code worked and you can proceed to checkout. Continue to checkout and share your contact details, shipping address and choose a payment method to finalize your purchase.

Before you pay: confirm the discount and avoid common discount code errors

Your Zenni Optical promo code might give you some issues after applying them, meaning that they won’t work immediately. The most important thing to keep in mind while using Zenni Optical codes is that codes generally can’t be combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly says so. Stacking is usually not allowed.

Firstly, verify that it hasn’t expired. If it has, you will be forced to look for other coupons that you can apply at checkout. That’s why we recommend looking for the expiration date as soon as you grab a code, so that you can plan your purchase accordingly.

Don’t forget to double-check the Zenni Optical voucher code itself after writing it down. You might have mistyped some letters or numbers, used lower-case characters or accidentally added some spaces that aren’t needed and will actually make the code unrecognizable to the system.

You also need to keep in mind that some Zenni Optical promotional codes work when you’re only getting contact lenses, sunglasses, frames or specific lenses. In other words, they can be exclusively applied to single categories.

Practical tip: if multiple offers exist, test each and keep the one with the highest final checkout savings.

Returns, store credit, and warranty: how to shop ‘low risk’

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for store credit, including reimbursement for paid standard shipping fees (U.S. and Canada orders only). If you return them within 14 days, you have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If the inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, Zenni Optical will remake them for you at no charge.

Smart ordering tips that prevent mistakes

If you don’t want to waste money, make sure to check the following lists.

• Double-check prescription values and PD (pupillary distance) before ordering. Take advantage of Zenni Optical ‘How to’ pages in order to buy the best fitting glasses.
• Use Virtual Try-On and size tools to avoid wrong fit. Use this tool as a “pre-check” step before making a purchase.
• Lens-choice tip: progressive/high prescriptions can affect delivery time. Useres should consider timing if they need Rush Delivery.

If a code excludes certain lens upgrades/categories, switch the promo strategy (e.g., use free shipping threshold instead).

Payments that affect discounts: gift cards and Afterpay

Please note that gift cards cannot be purchased with store credit and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, certificates or other goods or services. Gift cards have no expiration date or dormancy fee applies. Remember that while using a gift card, don’t forget that many promos are not valid on gift cards.

Zenni partners with Afterpay for flexible eyewear purchases: Afterpay offers a “buy now, pay later” service for Zenni customers. Customers choose Afterpay at checkout and can pay in installments.
