The New menu adds Fall Looks and a University Collection, and the Trending list carries Game Day and Sorority Dresses.

A homecoming dress is bought for a single date, so Windsor's return rules deserve a look before the discount does. Under the US return policy, a reduction past a set threshold, covered in the section on full price and sale below, makes the dress final sale, and Windsor offers no alterations or tailoring, so on a deeply reduced dress the size has to be right on the first order. Three questions to settle before a Windsor checkout

Can Windsor codes be stacked on one order? No. Windsor's online store will not allow more than one promo or discount code per transaction, according to its customer service portal, and the terms of the individual offers in its promotions index add that each one cannot be combined with any other code, offer, promotion or discount.

Will a code touch something already reduced? Not the standing ones. The welcome codes and the first in-app purchase offer in Windsor's promotions index are limited to regular-priced merchandise and exclude sale and clearance items. Windsor's bag page does not simply refuse a code. Two of its messages name the problem outright; the other common causes you have to work out yourself.

• It says "Enter a valid discount code". The string was not recognized at all, and a stray space or a character dragged in with the copy can be enough to cause that.
• It says the code "is no longer valid or does not apply to the item(s) in your cart". One sentence covering two unrelated problems: the offer has closed, or the bag holds merchandise it was never written for.
• A code is already on the order. A single promo or discount code is what a transaction accepts, so a second entry has nowhere to land until the first is cleared out.
• The reduction is priced in. Several of the standing offers, the automatic shipping ones in particular, are described as working without a code, so an empty promo field does not by itself mean a saving has gone missing.

When none of those fit, the conditions printed on that individual card are the next thing to read, not a second code. Regular price only, sale and clearance excluded, one use per customer: those published limits can explain a code that looks broken from the cart.

The text program. Windsor describes a VIP SMS program joined by texting the word STYLE to 91884, with STOP to leave it. Two welcome entries sit on that route in the index: one a discount on regular-priced items, the other covering shipping with no minimum order attached.

VIP Rewards. The rewards page lists four member benefits: a discount on the next purchase, early access to selected promotions, offers reserved for members, and an annual surprise on your birthday. The same page states that membership is free, that benefits reach you by email, and that the birth date collected at signup is what the birthday benefit runs on.

The app. Windsor's support pages describe an offer held back for a first purchase made inside the app, on regular-priced items and not valid in stores, next to an Offers page that gathers whatever else is live for you at that moment.
