How to apply a Jackery promo code

If you want to use a coupon code at Jackery, don’t worry! It’s the easiest way to save. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll enjoy your savings at checkout:

• add the items to your cart
• proceed to checkout
• enter your coupon code in the “Discount code or gift card” box
• click “Apply” and check your total updates correctly

Remember to paste (don’t type) your coupons in order to avoid spelling mistakes. Then check if there are any extra spaces that must be removed and check capitalization. Finally, try a different browser if the button “Apply”  doesn’t respond.

Before using a promo code you should always check the terms and conditions. There might be some restrictions and if your cart doesn’t meet all the criteria, the coupon might not work, but let’s be more specific in the next paragraph.

Why a Jackery coupon code isn’t working

As we mentioned before, a discount code might have some restrictions and limitations of different kinds. There might be some product exclusions or sale conflicts: many codes don’t apply to new arrivals or refurbished items. There might be a minimum spend threshold, so, in order to redeem your coupon, you must reach it. There might be regional limitations, so your promo code may work only on the US site. Finally, your discount code might be valid for a limited time only, so it will result “expired”.

Jackery membership “double discount” & how the member discount codes work

If you want to enjoy extra savings and exclusive perks, you should definitely join the Jackery family. Become a member and get two exclusive coupon codes when you register. One coupon is not stackable and another one stackable. These promo codes are valid for 30 days from registration and maybe not valid during sale discounts. Then, if any problems exist with your products, within 3 months after the extended warranty period ends, you can receive an additional exclusive coupon as compensation. So, what are you waiting for?

Where to find additional Jackery savings (without relying on codes)

Even if you don’t have any promo codes you can use at Jackey, you can still save at checkout! You can subscribe to email and texts to receive special welcome promos or exclusive coupons. Then, you should not miss the best seasonal sales, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday deals. Keep an eye on the official website to be always up to date with the best offers. Finally, do not forget about the refurbished section: shop refurbished items that are already discounted and save! But note that coupons may not apply to refurbished products.

Service, student & education discounts

As a special “thank you” for the special categories of workers, all verified medical professionals, first responders, military members, and teachers can enjoy an exclusive discount. But note that  during the promotional periods this discount cannot be combined. All you have to do is verify your status at Jackery in the page dedicated to the special discounts, then you can redeem your exclusive coupon at checkout.

And with the same procedure, Jackery offers all students a special discount! This stackable student discount can be used in conjunction with discounted products. However, it cannot be combined with other stackable coupons and is not valid on refurbished products

Shipping expectations (free shipping and timing)

Jackery offers free delivery to the contiguous US excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. After an order is placed, it takes 1-2 days to process and transit time may vary and take up to 5 business days. Note that the weather conditions can delay your delivery.

Order cancellation, returns, refunds

At Jackey, you can cancel your order before it's shipped and you'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully canceled. You have until 24 hours to cancel your order: for example, orders placed after 9 AM PST can be canceled until 9 AM PST on the next business day. Note that only full order cancellations are allowed, while partial cancellations are not permitted.

However, if the product you ordered has been shipped out, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. You should ask for a return and refund once you receive your package. Jackery offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the Jackery website. Once your return request is processed, Jackery will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Jackery will cover the shipping cost for returns and, once they receive your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days through your original payment method. Easy peasy!
