Common issues when using a Lavish Alice coupon code

Whenever your promo code is not working right after using it, then you must do some troubleshooting. Begin by reading the code a second time, as you may have mistyped some characters or added spaces without realizing it. Just fix those typos, then try applying it once more.

Another very common issue is not realizing that the Lavish Alice code has expired. If that’s your case since you missed out on the last day of availability of your coupon, then it’s time to search for another option instead.

Lastly, you need to remember that every discount code has some requirements you must read and follow. For example, you may be forced to include specific items into your cart, or even just be a new newsletter subscriber. Keep in mind that missing out on one of these terms of use means that you won’t be able to use that code.

Delivery options and how to save money

What about free delivery? Well, sadly you cannot remove delivery charges from your order unless a Lavish Alice free delivery code allows you to. Just wait for it to pop up in the store.

In the absence of such a code, delivery costs vary according to the method you select:

• UK standard delivery, which takes 2 to 5 working days, costs £3.50
• UK express delivery, which takes 1 to 2 working days, costs £5.50
• UK special delivery, which takes 1 working day, costs £6.99

In all cases, make sure to order by 22:00 for same day dispatch. If you’re not in a hurry to get the items to you, select the cheapest option to spend less on delivery fees.

If the dress you ordered doesn’t fit, if you don’t like the color or just changed your mind, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. The return fee at Lavish Alice is £5.99 for UK deliveries. All returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and with the original tags attached. Once the return package arrives at Lavish Alice, they’ll issue the refund within 3 to 14 working days.
