Jura Coupon Code valid in October 2026

JURA's Factory Serviced range takes money off a machine without any code: machines returned to JURA, checked and cleaned, then listed below their regular price. New machines on sale work the same way on JURA's US store, where the saving comes as sale prices set directly on the product listings; a code, when the coupon list on this page carries one for shopjura.com, is one more route to a lower total, not the only one. The catch sits outside the price: a refurbished machine comes with a one-year limited warranty from JURA where a new household model gets two years, and the store you buy from decides whether the warranty applies at all.

Buying a JURA machine for the holidays

JURA prices, reviewed in fall 2026. The season opened with JURA's US store pointing shoppers to its Hot Deals & Best Sellers page, where models from the J8 and E6 lines carried a sale price below the regular one. The Factory Serviced range, meanwhile, listed refurbished GIGA, X10, S8, J8, E8, ENA 8 and E6 machines at reduced prices. None of those reductions called for a code: the lower figure was already the listed price.

For a machine bought as a gift, timing depends on JURA's shipping calendar. The shipping policy treats Thanksgiving as a two-day holiday, the Thursday plus Black Friday, and lists Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve among the other days JURA observes; on business days, an order that comes in after the morning cutoff, Eastern time, may not ship until the next one. Since machine deliveries have to be signed for, a JURA sent straight to the person it is meant for needs someone at that address to sign.

When a gift goes back. JURA takes back a present only with documentation showing that it was originally bought on the JURA website, and only inside the time limit of its return policy, so the order confirmation should travel with the gift.

Entering a JURA discount code on shopjura.com

A code works on the store it was written for, and on JURA's own US store the steps are short.

1. When the coupon list on this page carries a code for shopjura.com, open its details before copying it.
2. On shopjura.com, put the machine, the beans or the care products you want in your cart.
3. Enter the code where the store asks for one, before you pay.
4. Look at the order total before you enter your payment details.

A total that has not moved usually means the code was not accepted: it may have run past its end date, or it may be limited to a different machine or range than the one in your cart. If its details name another retailer, the code belongs to that store and not to shopjura.com, and buying there raises the warranty question covered further down.

Sale prices and Factory Serviced machines

A machine on sale at shopjura.com shows its reduced price on the product listing, next to the regular one, so that saving needs no code. The Factory Serviced range, whose machines JURA sells as Factory Refurbished, applies the same idea to returned machines: JURA offers them from time to time, at what it calls considerable savings.

They are machines that came back to JURA for reasons that include sample or demonstration use, a change of mind, a wrong purchase or gift, or a swap for a different product. JURA inspects, tests and cleans each one, and they perform like new, but they can carry minor scratches, blemishes or other cosmetic marks, and a stainless steel grid may show signs of earlier use.

The box holds less, too. Printed manuals are left out and can be downloaded from the support guides on shopjura.com, the Smart Connect and Wi-Fi Connect accessories are not included, and other accessories may be left out as well, milk pipe casings and milk storage accessories among them. The machines travel in service cartons with a discreet Factory Refurbished sticker, and their orders may take a little longer to process.

For help picking a model, JURA LIVE is a free, non-binding online consultation in which a JURA expert looks at your needs and recommends a machine; booking a session takes a shopjura.com account.

JURA machines sold by other retailers

Besides its own store at shopjura.com, JURA Inc., the company that markets JURA machines in the United States, sells through authorized retailers only. A machine bought new or used from a non-authorized reseller loses its JURA warranty protection, and the warranty also leaves out any machine that JURA Inc. did not distribute in the US.

When you are unsure about a retailer, JURA will confirm whether it is authorized before you buy: email JURA's customer service with the retailer's name, address and phone number.

The warranty itself covers defects in materials and workmanship, parts and labor, with free UPS ground transportation to and from JURA's repair facilities within the continental United States, and it applies in the United States only. A replacement machine does not restart or extend the coverage, and on its Factory Refurbished page JURA adds that extended warranty protection may be available for automatic coffee machines, with details from its customer service.

Shipping and returns on shopjura.com

Orders from JURA's US store cannot go to P.O. boxes, and machines require a signature on delivery, a requirement JURA will not remove. After an order goes in, canceling it or stopping the shipment is not always possible, and requests to cancel or return a placed order go to JURA by email.

The return policy covers only purchases made on shopjura.com. Within the window it sets, JURA refunds the original price of the product, without the shipping and handling charges, or exchanges it, once customer service has issued a Return Merchandise Authorization. The product goes back at your expense, undamaged and in its original box with all its materials, together with the authorization number and a copy of the packing slip. A JURA bought from another seller is returned under that seller's own policy.
