Bergdorf Goodman Promo Code valid in October 2026

Using a Bergdorf Goodman promo code

Email sign-ups and the iOS app offer first-purchase discounts. A Bergdorf Goodman promo code can apply to a first purchase, an app order or particular merchandise. The offer’s terms determine which purchase it covers.

This guide was last reviewed in fall 2026. The live coupons and prices listed above are updated automatically and take precedence over any example described in this guide.

Entering a code in your shopping bag

Bergdorf Goodman’s published InCircle instructions place the promo code box in the shopping bag during checkout. Add the items you want to your shopping bag, enter the code in the promotion field and look for the reduction in the order summary before continuing.

Copying the code can help avoid typing errors. Keep the characters and spacing exactly as supplied, whether you paste the code or enter it by hand.

Offer rules and exclusions

Offer terms can restrict a promotion to regular-price merchandise, exclude sale items and limit redemption to a single use online or in the app. Personal offers may be non-transferable. A first-app-order offer may exclude beauty, fragrances, gift cards, gift registry items, previous purchases and selected brands.

Some promotions may limit you to one discount per order. A first-app-order discount may come with terms saying it cannot be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions. An offer may also have a minimum spend requirement. Its qualifying merchandise and stated exclusions determine which items count toward that minimum.

Choose the permitted offer that gives you the lower total for the items you intend to buy, including any delivery charge.

Email, app and Sale savings

Bergdorf Goodman advertises a first-purchase discount for email sign-ups. Subscribers may also receive exclusive codes, early deal access or subscriber-only perks. Its iOS app page also advertises an introductory offer for a first in-app purchase; signing in or creating an account may be part of redeeming it.

Bergdorf Goodman describes its app as offering curated edits, personalized recommendations and early access to new launches and top offers. The Sale department is another place to find reduced items. A marked-down price already includes the item’s discount, so you do not need a code for that markdown.

Delivery choices and InCircle shipping

Bergdorf Goodman’s shipping policy offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. domestic orders that reach the merchandise minimum after all discounts, excluding taxes and shipping costs. The shipping policy estimates Standard delivery at several business days after dispatch. Under the shipping policy, Premium and Express have shorter estimated delivery times after dispatch, with availability and charges that vary by merchandise and delivery location. The policy says delivery times are not guaranteed and shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

InCircle’s published Bergdorf Goodman terms give Circle Two members and above, with annual spending of $1,000 or more, free expedited shipping for qualifying online and catalog orders. Online shoppers must be registered and signed into their loyalty profile, use the program’s shipping promo code and pay with a Bergdorf Goodman or Neiman Marcus credit card. Catalog shoppers give the code to the telephone representative; the shipping offer is not valid in stores.

That InCircle shipping benefit excludes hazardous items, gift cards, gourmet foods, previous purchases, out-of-stock items, monogrammed items, wedding registry items, manufacturer-direct shipments and items marked Shipping Only, Additional Shipping or with extra shipping charges. International orders are excluded. Gift packaging can delay dispatch and a signature may be required.

Payments and multiple gift cards

Bergdorf Goodman’s payment help lists its own credit card, the Neiman Marcus credit card, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Discover for online purchases. It also lists Affirm and Klarna as pay-over-time options.

A BG Gift Card or BG Virtual Gift Card can be used online with the card number and its four-digit security code. With multiple gift cards, the amount due for your order is taken from the lowest-value card first, then from the others in ascending order. You cannot choose a separate amount to charge to each gift card. Any remaining order balance must be charged to a credit card, and unused gift card value remains on the card until you use it, subject to applicable law.

Returns and order cancellations

Bergdorf Goodman’s return policy accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, except CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel and shoes, which can be returned within 14 days of receipt and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and in sellable condition, with its original tags and product packaging. Altered, special-order, perishable, personalized and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Eligible returns can be sent by mail or brought to a Bergdorf Goodman store. The return policy lists a shipping fee for mailed returns, deducted from the refund, and asks shoppers to allow 10 to 14 days for return processing. Large or heavy items may require pickup and restocking fees, separately or together. When you return merchandise purchased with a BG gift card, a Merchandise Credit Gift Card is mailed to you, provided the merchandise meets the return guidelines.

Bergdorf Goodman’s cancellation help says you can cancel an order while it is “in process”; an order marked “shipped” cannot be canceled. Contact customer service with the order number to check the order’s status or request cancellation; pickup and restocking fees may apply, separately or together. Personalized or monogrammed orders cannot be canceled or returned. For perishable or gourmet foods, the cancellation request must reach Bergdorf Goodman at least four days before the requested delivery date.
