How to apply a Tommy Hilfiger promo code

Thanks to our Tommy Hilfiger coupons you can save your money at checkout! Follow these simple steps to redeem it and enjoy savings:

• Add items to your cart
• Click on “Review + checkout”
• Open the “Have a promo code?” box
• Copy and paste the promo code
• Click “Apply”
• Check your total updates and complete your order.

We suggest copying and pasting the discount code so that you will avoid any spelling mistakes or extra spaces. Remember that coupons are case-sensitive, so you should also double-check uppercase and lowercase, and if your total doesn't update you can reload your cart.

Tommy Hilfiger coupon code rules to know before troubleshooting

Before using Tommy Hilfiger discount codes just know that you can only use one promo code or promotion per order, so you cannot combine coupons or a coupon with a Tommy Hilfiger deal. In that case, we suggest you try all your saving options and choose the one that unlock the greatest discount for your cart.

In addition, eligibility matters! Promo codes often exclude specific items or categories and may not apply to shipping or taxes. Be always sure you don't have excluded items in your cart if you want to redeem a coupon code at chekcout. Then, you should also know the difference between an “auto-applied” discount and “code-required” promos: some discounts just apply automatically once your cart meets all the conditions, while others require manual entry.

Note that different countries or websites can have different rules, so if your Tommy Hilfiger promo code fails, confirm you’re on the correct store for your region.

More ways to save even without a Tommy Hilfiger discount code

There are many saving options that do not require a coupon at Tommy Hilfiger. First of all, you can discover the best deals in the Sale page: here you can find your favorite items already discounted without using a Tommy Hilfiger promo code. Then, thanks to the Promotions & Discounts section you can find all the promos and coupons available at the moment with all the details and T&Cs. Check this page regularly to not miss a deal! Then, you can join the Hilfiger Club for free and unlock an exclusive welcome discount together with special Tommy Hilfiger promotions dedicated to members only. Finally, thanks to the verified group discount via ID.me, the brand offers a special and exclusive discount for groups like students, teachers, military, first responders, nurses, and medical.

Once you have chosen your promotions, remember that it is not combinable with other promos or Tommy Hilfiger coupons, so choose carefully!

Payment methods + “Buy now, pay later” at checkout

The brand accepts the most common payment options including PayPal, Klarna, Cash App Afterpay, Apple Pay, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and Tommy Hilfiger gift cards. For BNPL options like Klarna and Afterpay,  you should know that they may appear only when the cart is eligible. You can try another item mix or proceed one step further in checkout to see all the eligible payment methods for you. Billing information must match your card records to prevent order cancellation by Tommy Hilfiger. And note that you won't be charged until your items are on their way!

Shipping, delivery & order tracking

You can unlock Tommy Hilfiger free shipping when your cart meets a minimum purchase, but only for standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous US. Note that the company doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, unfortunately. If you need to know where your order is, you can track it via My Account / Order Status, but know that carriers may take up to 48 hours to show tracking updates after shipment. On the other hand, if you need to cancel your purchase note that you have a 30-minute grace period after order confirmation. After that, cancellation may not be possible, so you will need to ask for a return, but do not worry: we will talk about it in the next paragraph.

Returns, refunds, exchanges & price adjustments

Online returns must reach the warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, or 45 days if you’re a Hilfiger Club member. Once the brand receives your items, allow 3–5 business days for processing. Following this, a refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to complete your purchase and it may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on the card-issuing bank. Note that a return fee might be deducted from your refund. Remember that not all items are eligible for returns, for example Final Sale items.

Unfortunately, price adjustments and exchanges are not available at Tommy Hilfiger.

Common promo code errors (and quick fixes)

If you need to know what to do if your Tommy Hilfiger discount code does not work, here is a quick and simple checklist you can use to avoid any trouble and enjoy your savings:

• If your promo code applies but total doesn’t change, try to refresh your cart, re-open Order Summary and be sure you clicked Apply: the discount line will appear.
• In case of “invalid code” try to remove spaces, check expiration date, confirm you’re on the right country site, and remember to try one code only.
• In case of “not eligible items” remove excluded items (they might be new arrivals, clearance, final sale, select styles), or meet minimum spend if required (see the terms and conditions).
• In case of conflict with another promo, since only one coupon code can be applied, test which Tommy Hilfiger code yields the best total.
• Some code works online but not in-store (or vice versa): there might be channel restrictions and some offers are store-only or online-only (see the terms and conditions).
