How to apply an ALDO promo code

1. Add your chosen items to your bag.
2. Select “Start Checkout” in your bag. The order summary contains a field labeled “Discount code”.
3. Enter your code there, retaining its dashes, and select “Apply”.
4. Review the discount and the total before submitting the order.

A successful application shows the saving in the order total. Validity, qualifying products and exclusions determine whether the code applies. Welcome, student and military discounts

The email and text welcome offer is for new subscribers making their first purchase. It is a one-time offer with a validity period running from receipt of the coupon. Its exclusions cover Final Sale items, selected limited-edition collaborations, shoe care and gift-card purchases. Sale compatibility is explained in “Sale prices are not a second promo code”.

Students and recent graduates have a separate discount route. ALDO offers verification through ID.me and an alternative student-verification service. The ID.me offer is for verified students shopping online; the alternative student offer covers online and in-store purchases, with one-time use within the stated period after you receive the coupon. Regular-priced merchandise qualifies for these student discounts.

The military offer covers original-price styles online and in store. Online redemption uses a unique code after verification; in-store redemption requires a valid veteran or active military identification card. The student and military offers exclude gift-card purchases and shoe care, with additional exclusions specified in their respective terms. Sale prices are not a second promo code

Sale and Clearance contain reduced-price merchandise. The clearance offer adds an extra cart reduction to qualifying Final Sale styles online.

Promo codes are for one-time use and cannot be combined with other codes or promotions. The welcome offer applies to sale and already reduced items, while the student offers apply to qualifying regular-priced purchases. The welcome, student and military offers cannot be combined with another offer. Product eligibility and stacking are separate conditions.

For the welcome, student and military offers, the discount is applied before taxes and shipping costs. Other promotions can have their own qualifying product group and exclusions.

Delivery and return costs after a discount

Ship to Store is free. The free standard shipping offer uses the order amount after discounts and before taxes, so a merchandise discount can change whether the order qualifies. Shipping rates, thresholds and delivery estimates come from the current delivery options.

Returns are available for eligible unworn merchandise in good condition, with the original packaging, tags and a valid receipt, within the current return window from the date of purchase. Online purchases can be returned online or in store, except that orders paid through a buy-now-pay-later provider other than Afterpay (for example, using a Klarna One-time card) can only be returned in store; exchanges are completed in store. Store purchases are returned in store only.

In-store returns are free, while warehouse returns carry a fee. Final Sale merchandise is excluded from returns. The return policy excludes clearance items with prices ending in .97 and marked Final Sale from returns and exchanges. Hygiene exclusions also apply to categories such as earrings and hosiery.
