Fixing common code errors fast

Codes at White House Black Market don't always work, but there are some workarounds to check why this might be. If you find a code doesn't work, the first step is to check if there are any product or category restrictions on the discount. Make sure you also check if there is a minimum spend requirement or even something simple like a limit on the number of codes per order. Typically, there is a no stacking rule on White House Black Market and other similar fashion sites, so only one code can be added at a time.

You should also check the expiry date to make sure that you're not trying to use an old code. Check that the code has been added correctly — a tip here is to copy and paste it into ensure it's accurate. Finally, make sure there are no cart conflicts, i.e., an automatic promo hasn't been added in advance, which can block codes. If this is the case, remove the conflicting item or promotion and try adding your code again. Occasionally, you may find that it is a technical issue, in which case, try another browser, change devices, log in if it's a member-only discount or even just get in touch with support.

Both of these sections offer a range of different discounts and savings with automatic markdowns on a range of products.
