How to apply a Shoebacca coupon at checkout

Ready to apply your Shoebacca promo code? All you need to do is in this simple list. Just follow these steps and enjoy your savings:

• Add your favorite shoes to your cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Enter your coupon code in the “Discount code or gift card” box
• Click “Apply” and check the discount reflects in your new total
• Complete your purchase

Please remember to check your total updates with the discount before proceeding to payment. Then we suggest you don’t type your Shoebacca coupon code in the box, because you might make some spelling mistakes or enter extra spaces. This will lead you to troubles since promo codes are sensitive to cases, spaces and will work only if they’re entered correctly. It is always better to copy and paste the code.

Why a Shoebacca discount code may not work and quick fixes

If you have some troubles redeeming your Shoebacca code, here’s is a quick checklist that may help you:

• Check you’re not typing errors such as extra spaces, wrong characters or cases.
• Check eligibility rules like minimum spend, category exclusions, or valid on specific brands or styles only.
• Final Sale exclusions: sometimes, Final Sale items are excluded from promotions, so your Shoebacca promo code won’t work if you have these items in your cart.
• Shipping and taxes not discounted: remember that some promos exclude shipping costs and/or gift cards.
• Price match conflicts: price match or price promise refunds can’t always be combined with other offers or coupons. Choose the best option for you to get the highest discount at checkout.

Can Shoebacca coupon codes be stacked or combined with other offers?

Usually, when you’re shopping, you can use only one promo code per order, and Shoebacca coupons work the same way. So, most of the time, you cannot combine promo codes or a coupon code with an autoapplied promotion. You can often combine automatic sale prices with a discount code only if the coupon terms allow it. We suggest you always try all your saving options at checkout, then choose the best one. In addition, Price match and price promise policies cannot be combined with other Shoebacca promotions and/or coupons or other sitewide offers.

Best ways to save without a Shoebacca code

For those who already use all our Shoebacca coupons, don’t you worry! You can still save an extra off at checkout even with no coupon code needed. First of all, the brand provides free standard shipping for all orders within the continental US. Then, thanks to the Sale and Clearance section you can add to your cart items that are already and automatically reduced, and that can give you a bigger discount than coupons sometimes.

On the other hand, you should join the Shoebacca newsletter to receive exclusive offers and promotions, together with special perks for subscribers and early access to the best deals available. And if you also join the Rewards program you can start to collect points and redeem it at checkout, unlocking exclusive discounts just for you, but you can also enjoy member-exclusive discounts and perks such as birthday rewards.

Finally, do not forget about the Price match! Before ordering your favorite items, if you find the exact same product matching brand, color, and size for less on a competitor's website, Shoebacca will match their total price with all the standard shipping fees. You will receive a credit to the card you used for your purchase for 110% of the difference in the delivered price!

Shoebacca Rewards & points: how to turn purchases into discounts

Shoebacca Rewards is the loyalty program thanks to which members earn 1 point per $1 on eligible purchases when logged in. The redemption rule lets you redeem 100 points to get $5 off at checkout. Note that this can vary, so redemption rules may change with time. You should know that rewards and discounts have transaction limits, that means you can use only three Rewards, discounts, and/or offers per transaction.

Price match + price promise: how to request the best price

There are two types of Shoebacca Price Match:

• 110% Price Match (before buying / competitor price): If you find a lower delivered price at a qualifying retailer for the same style/color/size, Shoebacca can match the price and add 10% of the difference, but with restrictions. Contact customer care with the competitor link to ask for this kind of price match.
• Price Promise (after buying / Shoebacca price drops): If Shoebacca’s own price of an item drops within 14 days from your purchase, you can request a refund of the difference.

Note that both price matches cannot be combined with certain Shoebacca promotions or coupons.

Shipping & delivery

As we mentioned before, you can enjoy free economy shipping on every order within the contiguous U.S. While most items qualify, exclusions apply for oversized packages or specific locations. The bradn does not ship internationally or to restricted addresses like PO boxes and military bases. Most packages are handled by UPS and delivered within 5 business days, though you can always opt for a paid shipping upgrade. We typically ship within 48 hours, but processing may take up to a week during the certain busy times.

---

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from your original purchase date to return any items for a full refund to your initial payment method. Please ensure that all returns are unworn and undamaged, noting that socks and underwear can only be accepted if the packaging remains sealed. Returns must also be processed within the same country where the purchase was made. Shoebacca provides free return shipping, but keep in mind that any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. Finally, items marked as Final Sale, including gift cards, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
