Zales Promo Code valid in October 2026

Before applying a Zales promo code, check the collection and finish of the jewelry you have chosen. Zales offers a welcome discount on qualifying purchases, with a merchandise minimum and product exclusions. A sale price, a welcome coupon and a Vault Rewards benefit can have different conditions. Open the offers listed above to find the terms for the one you want to use.

How to apply a Zales coupon code

After choosing your jewelry, use the product's bag control, usually labeled Add to Bag, and open the shopping bag. Look for the promo-code area near the order total; it can appear as Have a Promo Code? Enter the code there and select Apply when that control is available. Check that the eligible reduction appears in the summary before continuing through Checkout to delivery and payment.

If the bag does not show the reduction, check the entry for a typing error and compare the item with the offer's exclusions. A qualifying purchase minimum can also matter. Do not assume that a code accepted by the field has reduced every item; review the merchandise lines and the final amount before paying.

Welcome offers, sale prices and product exclusions

Zales uses email and text alerts to announce promotions. Its website also has a Sales, Offers, and Deals page for current campaigns and marked-down collections. The welcome offer's terms require a qualifying merchandise purchase, excluding tax and shipping from the minimum. It is for one use and cannot be combined with another offer or coupon.

That welcome promotion excludes categories such as clearance, previously owned jewelry and watches, customized pieces, loose stones, gift cards, repairs and protection plans. Named collections and specially priced items can also be excluded. Read the list for your exact purchase: a general jewelry headline does not establish that a particular engagement ring or watch qualifies.

Some Zales campaigns show the reduction in the marked price, while others apply an extra reduction in the bag. Select Clearance promotions are an example of the latter. Check that the price you are comparing has not already included the advertised saving. Campaigns that prohibit combining offers will not automatically accept an additional Zales discount code.

Eligible military customers can obtain a separate promotion through ID.me. Zales lists active-duty members, veterans, retirees, spouses and dependents among the eligible groups, with verification required. The resulting code is used in the cart and has its own exclusions. The published military offer is limited to one use and excludes combining it with other offers, including Buy More Save More.

Choosing jewelry for fall occasions

For an autumn birthday, anniversary or wedding, decide whether you need an off-the-shelf piece or something sized, engraved or personalized. Zales separates those services from its ready-made collections, and an offer on ordinary merchandise does not necessarily include custom work. Review the exact style and any added service before comparing the bag total.

If the gift is needed for a particular occasion, check the item's delivery estimate and local pickup availability before purchasing. A piece that needs sizing or personalization does not qualify for every express-shipping benefit. The return terms also treat engraved and custom-designed jewelry differently, so settle those details before ordering a name, date or other personal message.

What Vault Rewards adds to a purchase

Vault Rewards is free to join for eligible US residents aged 18 or older, without a purchase or a Zales credit card. Members earn one Gem per dollar of eligible spending, rounded up to the next whole dollar. Tax, shipping and gift-card purchases do not earn Gems, and returns remove the Gems associated with the returned merchandise.

Gems determine the Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond membership levels. The annual review uses the prior calendar year's qualifying activity, after returns. Sign in for an online purchase or give the associate your membership email in store so the purchase can be associated with the account.

Member benefits include professional jewelry cleaning and inspection in store, complimentary in-store style consultations, and early access to sales or new merchandise. The birthday offer has a qualifying minimum and exclusions. Provide your birthday before the birthday month begins; information added later in that month does not qualify for the offer until the following year. The birthday benefit cannot be combined with another offer.

Ruby, Emerald and Diamond members receive free express shipping on eligible in-stock items that need neither sizing nor personalization. Location restrictions apply, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses. Emerald and Diamond also have an annual membership reward, with its own merchandise minimum, exclusions, expiration and no-combination rule.

Wedding and anniversary band offers and partner offers can be issued from time to time, while Diamond members can receive invitations to events. Use the details supplied with the particular benefit. The program's list of possible experiences is not a promise that every benefit is available for every Zales transaction.

Delivery, pickup and return conditions

A free-delivery promotion can require a qualifying minimum and exclude certain addresses, including territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Shipping an online order to a local Zales store for pickup is a separate free option. Wait for the ready notification: same-day pickup depends on stock at the selected store, while other items need time to arrive there.

Check the return or exchange deadline for the item and transaction before buying. Jewelry and watches have different exchange windows, and online-order timing is tied to shipment under the policy. Exchanges must be completed in a store. Items need their original condition, packaging and paperwork; a watch must include its links.

Custom designs, special-order watches and jewelry engraved or altered beyond sizing or stone setting are among the exclusions. A sized-to-order ring is treated differently: Zales says it refunds the sizing fee when processing an eligible return. Check the applicable rule before treating a personalized piece as returnable.

For an eligible online return, Zales offers a free return-by-mail label through its return process. The address label printed on a packing slip is not necessarily prepaid. Online refunds exclude the original delivery charge, so a return need not recover every part of the original bill.
