Returns, exchanges, and price protection

NYDJ’s items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Keep in mind that Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a NYDJ credit per our policies.

Once NYDJ receives your return, they will process your refund within 5-10 business days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
