Returns & warranty: what to know before you buy

If you are not satisfied with the device you have received, you can return it within 14 days from delivery, but opened/used items are generally not accepted.

Every item comes with a standard 2-year limited warranty. To activate it, register the number provided on the bottom of your device or the device package under the “Register product” section in your FOREO account. Alternatively, you can do it by scanning the barcode or pairing the device via Bluetooth (depending on the device model you have).

You can claim your warranty on the FOREO website, but not in the app. Firstly, in the top right corner, click on the “Login” button and enter your credentials. Then click on “My profile”.

On the left side, there is a menu: find the “Warranty Claim” entry and then click on it. This will open a list of your devices. Next to every device covered by warranty there is a “Claim” button. Choose the product for which you can claim your warranty and click on the relative button.

This will take you to the warranty claim form, which you will have to fill in with the necessary information. Also add a video in which you clearly show the problem with your device.

Once you are done, you will receive a warranty claim reference number and a customer care representative will contact you via email within 2 business days to explain the next steps.
